Comfortable house in a fantastic, quiet location, with excellent hosts. Just a couple of minutes walk from beautiful parkland and canal walks. Major supermarkets 5 minutes away, Burnley town center and stations less than 10 mins walk. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the Burnley area. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and accommodating too!
Everything was great. Maybe one more chair in the dining area as we were a family of four!

Clean, modern. Just basically a home with all the necessary gadgets. Microwave, kettle, fridge.
There was nothing to dislike.

It's was conveniently close to family whom I was visiting for a 40th birthday.
And better than a hotel , we could all be together.
Also the fact it was a much better price that booking a hotel.
If it's available any time I want to visit family again I will be booking.

Clean and equipped with every thing needed .
Although parking is available right outside but street is really narrow. I had to park my car out on the road so I don't block the traffic.

Great support from the owner, this was a clean and well equipped terraced house on a quiet side road.
Bedroom was cold but that could have been a combination of very cold weather and my inability to figure out the radiator.

it was clean throughout
there was no tv aerial so couldn’t watch tele . it was quite damp in certain areas . cars pulled up at 2 in the morning chatting with the engine on for an hour( but that’s not the property’s fault ).

Excellent for what we needed! Used as a base to sleep with more comfort and options than a standard hotel room. Quiet location and beds were gorgeous! We both had fantastic sleeps which is unusual for us in a different bed! Excellent communication with host and very helpful and responsive. Thank you :)
It was tricky to get to grips with the shower - we could only get the hand held shower to work but that could have just been us missing something obvious.

The location for us was very good we have family i Blackburn .Overall cleanliness was very good it was better than a lot of hotel establishments we’ve stayed in before.Instructions for keys were very clear.Amenities in apartment were very good had great appliances, Great for our family.
The point we had 6 people in our party didn’t realise you had to pay extra for downstairs toilet maybe do away with the extra cost , you could build the cost into the package.
Stairs quite steep maybe two railings, could do with better lighting some mirrors in bedrooms also a bedside table would be useful.

The host responded to any questions very quickly. The house was clean, well furnished and conveniently located so all around pretty much perfect for a weekend stay.

Plenty of beds for our family of 5. Clean, warm and easy entry etc. Helpful owners.
Manual for microwave would have helped but we worked out a way to use it.

Sofas hard, not for relaxing on, only main light in living room no lamps, no mirrors in bedrooms, 4 girls, only bathroom Mirror

Beautiful little house. Two massive TV’s (living room & main bedroom), fully equiped kitchen with new top of the range washing machine & lovely bathroom with a light up mirror!
My only negative is the stairs are extremly steep, making this unsuitable for those with mobility problems.
