Excellent facility, very clean and spacious. Very comfortable with nice appliances and furniture. I was on vacation but feeling like at home. Great in all aspects.

Clean, well furnished, comfortable condo. Needed a nightly stay option for a few days and this checked all the buttons.

It was great place and location. The only issue was the ice maker in the room didn’t work so we had to get ice at the pool. Only issue we had.

We had an AMAZING week at this condo for our honeymoon!! The beach is right across the street and so much to do in the area! We went on a dolphin cruise and saw so many dolphins and a few manatees! This condo is a must see!!

The property was as advertised. There were a few things that need attention. 1. You had to watch how you move the curtain in the living room because the rod will come apart. 2. Laundry soap is not provided. 3. The sofa sits low to the floor, a little difficult to get up from. 4. The vertical blinds in the bedroom would not open. They opened, but only about one and a half feet. 5. It would be nice if you could dim the dining area lights…they put off a lot of heat! 6. The shower was nice, as there are two shower heads and it is a very large shower, however there are no grab bars or shelves to hold onto and there isn’t a mat for the shower floor. We used one of the hand towels for the shower floor. All that being said, contacting the property manager was easy and he seemed pleasant. It was nice that there was an elevator and carts to get your belongings up to the condo. This condo Is located in the first building, which makes it closer to the pool and to the beach. The private entrance to the beach was really nice. There’s a covered area, and they provide you with beach lounge chairs. You have a nice view of the gulf through the trees from the large screened in balcony. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and glassware. The bed was comfortable and the condo was very clean. My husband walks around barefoot and his feet did not get dirty! Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. You won’t go wrong renting this condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Will’s condo. It’s very spacious, has a comfortable couch, large smart tv in living room, comfortable king bed, washer/dryer, and huge jacuzzi tub! It’s a short walk across the road to the beach with lounge chairs are already set up. You get a glimpse of the ocean from the outdoor patio. The surroundings are lush and the heated pool is wonderful.

Condo is exactly as the pictures show. It's in a great location and the private beach access across the street is wonderful. There is a trolley stop in front of the condo and Bridge St. (Shops/bars/restaurants) are also walkable. Rated cleanliness a 4 due to the fact that the cleaning company had not shown up prior to check-in. However, I contacted Will, the owner, and he immediately took care of the problem. He was also very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend renting this unit, or any of his other units.

The location of the property couldn’t be any better. Steps from the beach which included beach loungers. Easy walking distance to downtown Bradenton Beach. The place was spacious and very clean. Had everything you might need including lots of towels and beach towels. It was extremely relaxing. Will definitely return with any future trips to the area.

Very spacious. Excellent location. Easy walk to beach. Host was really responsive and very detailed check in info and also he was very accommodating. They have umbrella and chairs stored in closet but the beach in front also provides beach chairs. My favorite was going to Smoquehouse for lunch and being able to walk to Bridge St. Free trolley is also right at front. Overall a relaxing, convenient and perfect weekend.

Great location - steps to the beach with a great view from the screened in porch. Very clean and furnished as advertised - perfect for our needs. We would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

This was our second year and we loved the place. This year was sadly not nearly as nice. There was roof construction the entire time we were there so it was extremely noisy. The roof was right in front of our porch we we could barely stay outside. We only wish we would have been notified or at least some sort of compensation as this place is pricey.

Beautifully decorated, open and spacious condo. Host, Will, was great to work with. Had everything we needed and more. We look forward to our next stay!

We were very happy with this property. The condo was very nice and fully stocked with kitchen appliances, beach towels, beach umbrellas. It is located just across the road from the Tortuga beach entrance with loungers on the beach. The free trolley is very handy, with a stop right outside the parking lot. Ample parking underneath the condo and the elevator made it really nice to haul our luggage. The washer and dryer worked well. WiFi and televisions also worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent unit, very clean and comfortable. Great location. Would definitely go back. Kitchen was sparse with supplies such as aluminum foil/plastic wrap, salt and pepper compared with other VRBO locations we've stayed at. Would have liked to have some information in the unit about recommended restaurants (always nice to get authentic recommendations from locals) and things to do.

What a perfect property and location!! Spacious, lots of light and well equipped. We loved having coffee in the screened lanai, swimming in the pools and having quick access to the beach. It’s right on the trolley stop, so easy to get to shops and restaurants. And an easy 15 minute walk to historic Bridge Street. Will responded very quickly to our few questions and thought of everything in the beautiful condo. We will definitely be back!

This was a very nice week. The facilities were great and the weather beautiful. The condo was just as advertised! Great location with easy and quick access to the beach. Our unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the lanai. We will definitely book again.

Great condo with everything you could want to have a great stay plus right across the road from the beach. Will answered all questions immediately & even moved our stay a couple of times due to not being able to travel from the UK to US due to covid. Thanks Will :)

Really enjoyed our Stay at the Tortuga, excellent location, with Private beach access and several restaurants within walking distance. Rental unit was Clean , spacious and had functional kitchen @ laundry rooms. Screened in balcony was a real plus. We also had availability of two pool areas. Will Carter is an excellent host, provided us with all the information needed for a smooth checkin. Look forward to booking this unit again!
