No air conditioning. At $500 per night, I would have thought air conditioning would be standard. Was locked out of apartment for over an hour Sat night because of broken lock. No one answered contact phone no. Lucky we rang Realtor. Locksmith was called. Instructions to enter apartment sent to work email at 10am on day of arrival. Was already on enroute. Had to ring to find out how to get in. Instructions should have been sent to phone.

As my husband and I have certain medical conditions we found the stair access very difficult. I should have asked about level our apartment was on and access to it when I booked.

Excellent location - right on the beach. Views of the beach from the balcony, bedrooms, kitchen and living area! Very comfortable unit with two bedrooms. Very well resourced kitchen. Close to the shops.

Clean. Close to everything. Rain shower was amazing. Beautiful view from the balcony. Really easy instructions and access to the house. Free minibar was a nice touch.

Back street where the main bedroom is is a bit noisy. It’s near an iron gate to the apartment block that closes loudly and where the rubbish trucks come early in the morning but wasn’t too bad. Booking.com staff need improvement. Send you offers and when their system doesn’t work it’s your fault.

The complimentary products on arrival , I do the same at my holiday rental property and at minimal cost it helps with settling in and leaves a lasting impression that the host cares about his customers, which I feel is invaluable.
