Amazing staff and facilities!

Staff was great! Room was large and awesome!

Little warm in lobby but it was 107° so not much you could do. Our room was cold though so that’s a plus. :)

What a spacious wonderful room! Comfortable mattress. Fantastic location.

Great stay, quiet rooms, great breakfast.

Nice room set up, breakfast was really nice.

Room was slightly worn, the tile on bathroom floors showed every footprint, making them look very dirty.

This is a nice hotel, close to Texas Tech, very clean, with good breakfast options.

It was very clean, well maintained, breakfast was good with lots of options, and the room itself was big with nice amenities. Housekeeping did a nice job and the breakfast attendant was kind.

I had an issue upon checkout with extra fees and charges, which was frustrating. However, the staff did remove them and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I didn’t love the overall location as the highway that separates the hotel from the university makes it a little less walkable. The bed was uncomfortable.

Great staff and accommodations.

Actually the only thing that we didn’t like about our stay was the pillows on the bed. One was too soft and the othe really hard. Otherwise everything was great.

clean, friendly staff

our room was not up to standards for marriot. In our shower there was pink slime mold on trim with a broken off area that exposed 3 quarter size holes. A part of the bathroom vanity fell off and landed in my foot.

The was big, clean and great. The outdoor fire pit was really nice. Close to restaurants

close to Texas Tech

I didn’t like the price going from $159 to $519 for the weekend.

Everything was spectacular visually. Very clean & check-in was a breeze. Breakfast was delicious & with lots of choices

nice size rooms

it was the day after a big game so I know it had been well used the night before. the first room I had the deadbolt didn't work and they gave me a nice upgrade but the bathroom wasn't very clean with lots of hair around, like it had been mopped but not vacuumed

Great room in a sketchy neighborhood.

Breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfy and large.

The neighborhood was pretty sketchy..we were nervous to leave our car in the parking lot.

Besides the elevator and pillows, It’s an EXCELLENT place to stay!!! We wanted to stay longer because of the HUGE room,

Not enough luggage carts available, Pillows not so comfortable. Elevator kept going up and down picking up people even though we were on floor 3 and wanted to go down, it went up to each floor and back down. It was also jerking which startled us

The staff here was exceptional everyone was so friendly so nice went out of your way to be helpful and I will definitely stay here again and I write this at 10
