The views were outstanding and the house is well appointed . We cooked a few meals very comfortably. Beds were nice and comfy and lots of common area for socializing. I would definitely rent this place again

My husband and I, along with our son and 12 year old grandson and another, adult, grandson, came from various locations to enjoy a mini reunion. Enjoy it we did! The house was perfect for our needs and provided plenty of space for us to be together or to occasionally be apart. The kitchen was a dream and had an expansive, huge, window from which I could view the marina below as well as the harbor with it’s seals and otters offering entertainment for me while I busied myself at the counter directly in front of it. I was fascinated by the fog which drifted in and out several times a day. Things went from clear and sunny unto nearly invisible in what seemed to be a matter of minutes. The only predictability for heavy fog seemed to be when the Sunset Cruise was underway. I can’t imagine that the passengers ever saw the sunset! The males in my family (everybody but me) had fun exploring Morro Bay, hiking, biking, kayaking, meandering through tidal pools and other pursuits. Health issues prevented me from joining them but, as stated above, I had a show right outside my window! We enjoyed exploring Morro Bay and nearby towns and sampling the delicious local fare. A not to miss outing is to the weekly Farmers Market in San Luis Obispo It was recommended by our host and was
Unlike any Farmers Market I’ve ever gone to. If we find ourselves in the M.B. area again, we would not hesitate to stay here!

My 2 sisters and I got together with our step mother whom we hadn't seen since January 2020. We had such a lovely time reconnecting in a slice of paradise. The restaurants were great, the beaches were awesome. I had not been to Morro Bay, and was awed by Morro Rock

We absolutely loved our stay in this Morro Bay home. Light and bright with views from every window. Constant entertainment from the wide variety of birds circling right out our windows, a perfectly laid out kitchen for a couple of nights when we cooked, convenient distance to the wonderful places to eat and fun shops, and just an all round joy. Unplanned but much appreciated was the lovely temperature since we were escaping the extreme heat of the Bay Area! We look forward to visiting soon. Thank you!

Great location with awesome views of the Bay! Challenging driveway into and out of the property. The multiple gas fireplaces came in handy especially when the fog and cold air came in almost daily. Well stocked kitchen but the one-cup coffee maker did not work. Light and fan knobs over the gas stove are not operational.

Lovely & Quiet
This property was very pretty and the view was just awesome overlooking the marina. The location was perfect being on the very south end of Morro Bay as we were there for a wedding with all events taking place in SLO. The kitchen was modern and packed with everything one would need. The living areas were very comfortable with reclining seats and lots of chairs.
The TVs are old. It was a bit irritating.
We had an elderly person with us and, while the bathrooms were nice and updated, both tubs were VERY high and she needed help getting in and out. If you were to bring small children, it might also be back breaking to get them in and out of the tub. At the very least, the owners might consider installing some grab bars.
But, overall, I would stay there again if it were just my partner and I.

Amazing gem right on the bay
The pictures do not capture how amazing the property is. Recently renovated for but in the pictures I had thought we were renting an older - maybe slightly outdated property - but it was all like new. Amazing full window views of the bay no matter where you are at in the house. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing sunset views. Within walking distance to town. Could be the best rental in Morro bay at this price point!

Absolutely Stunning & Truly Relaxing
This property is fabulous. We stayed here (my husband, 5 and one-year olds, and brother) to honor my father in a memorial celebration in Morro Bay, and walked away wanting to buy the house. We saw otters in the water looking out from the kitchen window, my husband took my son kayaking around the water, and it was a very easy bike ride/drive to the embarcadero. The rooms are fabulous with wonderful views. My one-year old requires a very dark room to sleep, and this was completely fine given the window shades in the master room. The stairs were a little tricky for her/us, but we brought a gate for the stairs that worked in preventing her from crawling up. I did want to flag that we felt the upstairs pull-out couch bed was actually a worse sleeping experience than simply sleeping on the couch. I would just recommend the property owner provide a slightly better mattress in the pull-out, and the place would be 100% perfect! I highly recommend this stunning house. We won't hesitate to come back.

Slice of Heaven: Don’t miss out!
This was one of the most beautiful houses I have ever seen! This beautiful vacation home is discreetly nestled between two much larger houses with the most magnificent view of the harbor and sunrise/sunset. I’m not an early riser but I would wake up just to see the bay every day. There were absolutely stunning views from every angle of the home. The master bedroom’s view is absolutely heavenly.
The house is conveniently stocked with amenities and Albertsons is only a 2 min drive if any additional groceries are needed. We also enjoyed the proximity to the Embarcadero (10-15min walk).
The only thing we did find was a small baby toy under a couch pillow which was not ours, but it seems to have been a one time error. Otherwise, the house was extremely clean and check in process was easy. Beach N Bay Getaways was nice enough to move my check in to an earlier time since we got there earlier. All representatives were extremely kind and helpful!
I am waiting to book this place again someday (but looks like it’s all booked up for a few months). Thank you VRBO/BeachNBay for a lovely experience. Don’t think twice, what you see is what you get here! Morro is a sleepy town and hidden gem filled with kind people and lovely picturesque sights, but your experience there is fairly dependent on the house you stay in! This house makes the experience of being there absolutely perfect.

It was an amazing week in a wonderful home. Thank you for providing a special venue for us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly. I only wish we had found this home earlier in her time there!

Loved watching the otters in the bay and walking to Embarcadero St. from the home. We easily drove to lunch at Avila Beach and a dinner in San Luis Obispo. Great hiking near Los Osos with views of the coast. This was a great jumping off point to enjoy Morro Bay and the surrounding towns.
