Hot water was not very hot. But it was warm enough.

Convenient, peaceful and private. 1) The location is in a gated community within walking distance of the Dorada Beach (within a mile) and fairly near a large, modern supermarket (Jumbo) as well as smaller neighborhood stores. Having transportation is advisable but taxi services are readily available. Decent casinos are nearby if that is something you enjoy. Historic downtown is within a 10 minute drive. The beach, 5 minutes. Most adventure and hospitality attractions in and around this location are accessible by car within 20-30 minutes. The apartment is in a quiet, peaceful, residential community in a 4 story building with 6 units. It is on the second floor with one short flight of steps that must be walked up. It is pretty darn private. Close, safe parking was readily available. Nicely decorated and appointed. 2) The 2/2 apartment was spacious, and nicely furnished; very comfortable. Larger than average 2/2's I've come across in this general area. Supplied a/c, power, hot water, wifi and cable station access were all very good. The place had two nice sized, wall mounted tv screens..one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. Water supply pressure was good. There was a lot of storage space, large bedroom closets....The bathrooms were modern designed and well appointed with walk-in showers: no bathtub. The main bedroom and living room had ceiling fans with lighting. Some bottled drinking water was initially supplied. The beds were satisfactory, medium firm, and slept fairly well once the protective plastic mattress covers were removed. The hostess was very responsive when contacted and very diligent in helping address any issues I had. Overall, the apartment was a very good to excellent experience for me.

Road quality leading to the apartment was poor to fair. Quality of towels and linens were fair at best. The water pump system was very loud when it ran and took some getting accustomed to.

Host lacked basic customer service skills (i.e. always greet your customers with a smile). It got super awkward. Improvements to be made in that regard.

I liked that the apartment was big and specious. And I had all the amenities needed for living. Check in was fast and easy, and the host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay,

It wasn't easy to find the house, and I needed to ask on the phone for instructions as the google map location was not 100% accurate.

love this place and i want to tell everybody about it first of all the breakfast was excellent. I'm a vegetarian and they got me a perfect breakfast. and the staff was very helpful, the location that is very quiet. and you still have to go true a security gate to get in..the apartment is so clean. and from the balcony the view is beautiful. and they also give me a complimentary bottle of drink i cheuse a bottle of Baileys. and it is close to everything Shopping, Beach, Restaurant. This is like a home away from home.I

I like every thing about this place.
