Very nice and modern villa. I liked especially the floating breakfast that was offered to me due to network was down, breakfast was tasty! The villa is in a quiet and bit remote location. The host was active in communication through WA and helped finding out the right way to villa. Bed was comfortable, pillows were way too high for me.

I would prefer adding a mosquito net above the bed. There were several small insects inside. Some in bed as well, that was annoying. Couldn’t extend check out, very strict on timing.

Everything about this place (staff, quality of furnishings, pool, daybed, breakfast) is bliss. I checked in and chilled out. Do yourself a favour and do the same.

This villa is owned and managed by Ken and his lovely parents. They’re so nice and accommodating. Also, there’s a sweet staff, Jun who’s been very helpful to our needs. First of all, everyone should stay at this villa. It’s so beautiful and clean. Ken also offers tour packages for reasonable prices. We literally cancelled all our plans on the last day just to enjoy the villa. The breakfast is prepared by Ken’s mom. Her Nasi Goreng is the best! She was so kind to prepare it for us earlier on the day we left as we had an early flight. In short, everyone should stay here once and we hope to come back one day! Thank you for maintaining such a beautiful villa to Ken and his team.

Wide range of fruits, good selection. I had Indonesian breakfast while my wife had English breakfast. Both were extremely good. The room is very clean, comfortable and good for honeymoon couple. Environment is quiet and right beside a paddy field. So if you appreciate inner peace, calm and serene place, this is where you should book.

The location is abit difficult to reach. Even our Gojek Driver got us to the wrong place but the owner was very helpful. She came with her motorbike to show us the direction. No complaints with such kind of hospitality received.

Ken & his mother made our stay very special. The villa is very spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is amazing.

The Villa was amazing. Property: Huge with splended decor, stylish design, loads of security and privacy, high walls, airconditioning, massive shower with bathtub, private locked waredrobe, full kitchen with new fridge/freezer. Enormous bed! Noise: Far enough from busy roads to be quiet, yet close enough to get to most shops in a few minutes, no noise from any neighbours or vehicles, nice and quiet. Location: Close to all major shops and the city centre, far from neighbours. Staff: Perfection. Ken was our guide and driver who was incredibly informative, accommodating, entertaining, fun and modern. Ken's mother was lovely, her food delicious and presentation stylish, her bright smile made our mornings, she was kind enough to teach me how to make the best banana/pineapple pancakes I've ever had! Ken's friend and employee Dejun was very kind boy who did a great job! Cleanliness: perfect as well. Every day the Villa was refreshed to new condition so it was so good to come back to a clean and organised Villa every day when we came back from our activities! However that doesn't mean its ok to leave a mess, you should clean up after yourself as much as you can. Don't use shoes inside the house, keep it free of dirt/mud. Other: We are from a low humidity cold country so we weren't prepared for the high humidity and high heat of the tropics. But the Villa has a split system air conditioner which reduced the humidity and lowered the temperature so no problem inside the Villa! We also weren't prepared to see geckos in our rooms, but we were taught how important geckos are to keeping places insect-free and thus disease-free and how they're harmless and a part of the culture, so we grew an appreciation for these little things!

the property is beautiful, private and very clean. the host Ken (manager) he is a very helpful person and going beyond to provide the excellent services. the place is very peaceful with amazing hospitality. the room is spacious enough and has a beautiful open kitchen. the breakfast provided is home cooked and delicious. it’s an excellent choice for honey or small breaks.
