Clean place with the poorest customer service I have ever seen.

Front desk / concierge needs better staff or training for existing staff on customer service . The staff has no etiquette on how to empathise or communicate effectively with customers.

We’ll choose Citrine again!

For us, it’s location is perfect. It is clean, with good-sized rooms. Quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff.

One of us didn’t find the pillows comfortable, but that is a relatively small concern.

Location is great, lots of street parking, friendly service, great amenities, comfortable beds. Overall great stay!

Everyone in the property was very friendly and it was super clean. I appreciate the cleaning service tidying our room up everyday while we were gone.
