I booked AC room, but they gave me Non-AC room.

Counter staff was highly un professional. No decency in customer interaction and purely money minded. Room jad cockroach and drawers filled with bidi, pan masala leftovers. Toilet was pathetic. Customer satisfaction and comfort was taken for granted.

Fornt desk staff was very good and well trained..room size is also good...food was also available at midnight..room service boy was excellent...
T.v is not working..and in morning time someone was nock the door....if possible please put do not disturb card on door.. rest everything was good..
