Great location, cute, modern apartment
Dirty throw pillows, single washcloth for 2 guests, human hair found in bedding when initially pulled back, dusty, and visible dirt on bedside tables in bedroom. Lack of communication with check in process. Staff at front office were unable to help and nobody answers number provided on booking.com
Eventually tried the “message host button” and to my surprise in the chat was a link to pdf to check in with codes to enter building. All in all, I would rather stay in a hotel; cheaper, cleaner, easier check in.

Within walking distance to several restaurants and the grocery store was less than a mile away. Pool and spa were nice

The directions for access and entry were clear and understandable.
Only two things : 1) as a single female traveler safety and security are always of primary concern, and I had reached out to try to get some general info (not access codes) on what the entry process would be like and where to find things, especially if I arrived after dark. But all the info came on the morning of my arrival; 2) the info on the website for booking the place should include that there is not onsite parking (the lot immediately in front of the building is for restaurant patrons only or $25/night - but there was no attendant to sort things out with, and I didn't want to get towed), and that particularly on weekends, street parking fills up and you have to go further and further away to find a space.

My apartment was not very clean. Floors had sand and dirt under the table and bedroom side tables were full of dust and hair. Shower curtain was stained with mildew.

The apartment was very clean and cozy with all the comforts of home. The in unit washer and dryer was very much appreciated!!
The staff members in the leasing office were unpleasant to say the least. The only interaction I had with them besides passing by the office a couple times a day was by text message on my last day there. They claimed to have multiple complaints about me smoking in the unit and actually told me I needed to vacate the property immediately. I don't smoke and I was not even at the property when I received the messages from them. I was very upset about these accusations and I was not going to vacate the unit I had already paid for without them even investigating the complaints. I replied to their texts with no response back and they had left the office by the time I returned. I checked out as planned the following morning and never heard anything more about the situation but I assure you that I will never book a unit at that property again. My suggestion to the owner of the property would be to re-evaluate who they have working in the leasing office...they ARE the FRONT LINE for SOLL Apartments. The first experience that everyone has who walks through their door for the first time is going to be with that FRONT LINE so you want to be sure that the people you have in that position possess the outstanding customer skills it takes to be able to ensure the everyone who walks through their door has a positive first experience and leaves with a great first impression of your company.

refund I was only at room from 5am until 11am and then I was harassed about my friend stealing a bike and suspected drug use and neither took place my friend owned the bike and he took it out of my truck so all the racist accusations were unacceptable and we went to car and smoked a cigarette after we woke that does not constitute drug use at all I do not use drugs and I am highly offended by my reservations being canceled due to outrageous unsubstantiated accusations I want full refund and an apology would be ideal but I settle for my monetary losses however you have inconvenienced me immensely

Close ground-floor unit, bed was comfy, nice bathroom. Toiletries and basic kitchenware provided. Large walk-in closet. Fan, coffee, and hair dryer provided. Located close to large work out room and spacious lobby with free coffee service.
Parking was tricky. Street parking is far to walk and lot costs $25/night. There is a lot of construction and traffic back ups in this area. There was no dishwasher soap and dishes in the cabinet weren't clean.

I could not get into the apartment. No key box would open. I called every number I found on my information sheet including two Emergency numbers! Not a single person on site to give me assistance. Finally reached the emergency Security who explained tha they do not service this building anymore, they did agree to contact maintenance but he couldn’t reach anyone. I was ill, that was why I booked the place it was close and seemed safe. With no employee on site at all I wasn’t so sure about being safe. Two hours straight of trying to get in, including a rush to the mens room, I was sick. I needed to lay down desperately and instead finally gave up and left. I ended up sleeping in my car on a dark street. If you only new how bad this experience was for me.

Check in directions are good.
Although there is ample on street parking, it is always full. I had to park several blocks away most nights. The rooftop pool is extremely hard to find, small and key card did not open it. Apt was dirty. Very limited kitchen supplies. Cupboards and refrigerator were filthy. Internet was slow, if it worked and not secure. Login information was not correct. Was not able to work remotely as planned. Strong industrial smell. Airconditioner/fan was constantly on and very loud. Was not able to adjust without turning off. Light switches turned on/off wifi and TV, had to replug items. A lot of road construction out front, caused significant delays. Office staff for the apt building was not helpful. Complimentary coffee in lobby out of order entire time.

air conditioning was not working. it wasn’t fixed until the last day of my stay which I had already left and got a hotel to accommodate me and my newborn child
