excellent location and very comfortable, will stay again.
the bathroom had been cleaned and was fine but there were spider webs and insects on a corner of the roof. the extractor fan is filthy.
the price is on the high side - it’s similar to the luxury apartments on Rutherford cres however not as high spec. the location compensated for this somewhat due to the lovely lake and the excellent location.

Comfortable bed.
Wasnt very clean. Other peoples items left behind in the bed, bathroom drawers etc Chalet is "tied" Needs spruce up and modernising.

It was a great place to stay and I'd recommend this place to anyone I know. Our group had nothing bad to say about the property. Lake side with mountain views were true to the photos, right at our door step basically! The whole home was super comfy. Furnishings, beds, interior were all pleasant which added to the comfort of our stay. Great location in Hanmer, easy access for everything but also a nice private location for the villas.
