It’s clean, nice bed and good heating system , close to the bus station and train station .

Layout very good, roomy and comfortable.

Would like to have some hanging space for clothes and bath towels.

You can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom, which is located in the living area.

It was a spacious modern apartment in a great location for stonehenge if you drive. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed however the sofa was very uncomfortable as it was a futon sofa bed so we found ourselves going to bed early. Parking is okay if you can find a space close by but overall it was good value for money and we would definitely stay again.

Adam was fantastic, he was always concerned about making our stay as pleasant as possible. the location is very close to the train station and very close to the city center. The house has everything we needed for our stay. Definitely coming back!

Location was good, about 10 minutes into the centre.
just a few little tweeks. Dripping tap in kitchen needs to be fixed. Towel hooks in bathroom needed. Mirror in bedroom would be nice.

This is a brilliant little apartment, especially if you're traveling by train because it's very close to the station. It has a full kitchen with all of the things you'd need to make a good meal, comfortable lounge with big TV, and the bedroom has enough space to store your bags/cases.
It's easy walking distance to the centre of Salisbury, and there are a few food places and a convenience store close by.

Clean and cosy place, very friendly and helpful host. Close to station and City Centre.
Some of the features in the bathroom could do with some renewals - all clean and functioning, though.

Perfect location, clean and tidy. Local pub very good and staff helpful too.
Nice touch with a Christmas tree and some fizz on arrival.
Not much to say here except could do with a mirror in the bedroom, only one mirror with a teenage girl was challenging.

Basic and the flat was generally in good order. Close enough to access Salisbury and the main rail station. Would suit a short city stay weekend say.
Sited on a main road unloading and loading luggage dangerous, On a first floor and a sudden drop into the Kitchen area! Windows unable to keep out rush hour traffic noise, so sleep was disrupted. A reported fault with the flat was not attented to.

The beds were comfy (including the sofa bed), it was clean and well located and pretty well equipped.
There was plenty of space.
It was exceptionally hot during our stay and we had to open the windows,
which meant a lot of traffic noise in the bedroom.
The toilet door wouldn’t shut properly, so privacy in the bathroom was a little difficult

In the following a few comments on the condition of the apartment: 1. The water tap is constantly dripping. 2. The Velux roof window lock no longer works. 3. There is mold on the edge of the shower tray. 4. The toilet door can no longer be closed properly due to the broken lock. 5. Broken light bulbs are to be replaced. Otherwise the apartment was okay. This is certainly also due to the very central location in the city center.

Spacious and great layout in the apartment space, a-few-minute walking distance to train station and city center, the host is helpful and very fast in responding. Check in check out is very smooth.
Toilet fan is a bit loud. I’m missing a full-length mirror in the apartment, also some hanging hooks/ storage surface in the bathroom.

Apartment was clean and well equipped for a short stay .

Parking is good - Adam provided me with an online permit but it was easy to find free parking

Great location just a 10 minute walk into town
A few little tweaks would make this place so much better. A folder with a little bit of info about WiFi, local places of interest, not a deal breaker but would be nice. A second bedside table, no place to put a book or a cup and space in the room! Another teaspoon, only one!! A proper bread board, the green plastic one is totally buckled and really not good to use. Somewhere to hang clothes if staying for longer than a couple of days. Lastly, really minor but I’ll mention it, the clock in the kitchen had stopped and all of the appliances times were wrong. Again not major but would be nice.

Really modern and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay. Host was very accommodating, checked in to make sure everything was ok and easy to get in touch with.

Excellent property and Adam was a great host. Prime location to walk into town, a clean & spacious apartment. No parking available in allocated parking, but plenty of free parking around the corner. What would compliment this property is a full length mirror, there is ample space for this in the bedroom, as there is no where to do your hair or make up, also hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes. I would certainly recommend this place, nothing is too much trouble for Adam & I will definitely stay here again.
