We liked the layout and nice seating in sitting area plus kitchen. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. Most of what was needed was stocked in the kitchen. Linen was nice. Pillows were nice. Beds were comfortable and nice firm sofa. Easy entry was good. It was quiet. The pool was great with nice seating and hot tub. It was steps away. I would definitely recommend this cute suite close to everything.

There was a Kurig but not mentioned so we could have brought our decaf pucks because only caffeine were provided. There weren't enough wine glasses or cutlery. The fireplace switch couldn't be found with no note of instructions. The fireplace remote said low battery and didn't work. One of the bedside plugs didn't work so the lamp could not be used when charging a phone overnight. The shuttle link to make reservations on Monday didn't work perhaps because it was a holiday but it would have been nice for this to have been noted. Garbage was overflowing outside all over the road. Noodles for the pool would have been nice. Complimentary bodysoap, shampoo and conditioner would have been nice or reminder note to bring your own.

Location is good. Not right at Blue Mountain but a 7 minute drive. For summer visits to Blue Mountain you don't need to stay on site at pricy Blue Mountain. Do the play all day pass one day. Start early. The village is cute but full of expensive restaurants and shoppes. You really only need one day. Then visit the surrounding areas for restaurants Alpinehouse was good and fun) and shopping and beaches and scenic caves. Unit is located in a good part of the housing complex. Quiet corner so no traffic or pedestrian noise but just around the other side of the building is the pool (1 minute walk) and tennis courts (2 minute walk) and laundry (30 seconds). Bring loonies and quarters. Does not accept twonies. Unit is fun for kids with the loft area bed. Really nice to have 2 bathrooms. If you have mobility issues or very young kids it might not be for you as there are stairs outside to get to the unit and then stairs inside to get to the loft. The loft is open and very young kids could climb over and fall. Pool is nice. Not huge but has a shallow roped off area for little ones and main part of the pool is deep (probably 8 feet) with a 5 foot ledge around the edge. That was a nice surprise because usually hotel pools are so shallow, so this was more fun for the kids. Charcoal barbecue just outside unit on ground level with trees and two picnic tables so that was a nice bonus.

Unit is a bit worn looking and has some cracked tiles, cabinets need replacing as steam from cooking has peeled off the plastic a bit, and could use a new coat of paint. The "view" is not special. It's covered by a dirty window so they should clean the window or change their name. None of these things are a great deterrent from staying there unless you are incredibly picky about that kind of stuff.

Great location, loved the pool area

For almost 500$ there was not a single tube of shampoo provided. Also the crowd was smoking everywhere and I mean everywhere on territory!

Proximity to the village. Pool and tennis court access.

I wish also warn us about the hot water so that we know what to do not like this that we have shampoo and soap all over and suddenly no hot Water. That's really super inconvenient to us as your customer

Good amenities, close to ski lift, we enjoyed our stay there. Nice view to the ski hill area from the top bedroom.

We lost wifi once but it was the internet supplier issue, the host answered our call, although it was not much they could've done. The top window could've use a good scrub, the view is wonderful specially when is lit in the evening.

The location of the property was great for skiing but a bit of a drive/walk to the village. Beds are comfortable and has a good view from the loft and management was quick to respond to our issues.

We arrived just after the property was cleaned and found a huge nest of hair in one of the baths. Management were quick to attend to that issue. We then found that the fire place is fake and didn’t work, next on the list was the Rogers box not working and lastly the cork screw bottle opener was broken. When a property is managed and maintained you expect all the amenities to be functional especially for the price.

We liked our overall stay here. We'll definitely comeback on winter season.
