Loved the location, hammock out back and clean and updated kitchen and baths.

The beds were very soft and hard to sleep on. It was also really warm in the upstairs bedrooms with no AC but luckily it rained and cooled off the second day.

Martha’s Vineyard Vacation Home was clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like supplying linens & towels.

The location is great. A few minutes away from the crazy/crowd, a few minutes to everything. The perfect balance. The house is super cute, comfortable and spacious. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed - but linen, which is clearly stated on the description and reservation confirmation email.

I wish there were linen available, even if as an upcharge. I drove to the Vineyard, so it was somewhat convenient to have a tub with linen in the back of my truck. I am not sure how I would have done if I flew in. Apparently, there is an option to get linen on the Vineyard. I didn't look into it.

I liked the location. The house is located in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood, about 2.5 miles from the main center and a quick cab ride to the adjacent towns. It is also perfect for small groups of 8 people or less, who might be looking for a place to stay during a quick getaway. It also has a decent sized deck and a yard with a clean barbecue grill. Perfect if you want to skip going to town for a day.

Exorbitant $250 cleaning fee turned this one night stay into a bittersweet transaction, but I had no choice since I booked at the last minute with no other availability. No staff, no sheets or linens, and no towels left a lot to be desired... literally! They also wait to tell you after you reserve and pay, so beware. Considering the late check-in, check out time should be extended by an hour or two.

it was a very comfortable stay. it was my fault not memorized the key code but could not contact the host at 8:28pm and on, until my friend found the email. I wish host could sent a reminder to guest if it is possible. only one toiler paper in one of the bathroom, the other bathroom has none, it was good after all. I will recement her to friends .

The home was amazing, and the owner was very kind and super quickly responded. All equipment was clean and it was large enough space for us family of 6.

You should rent linen, though it seems common in the island. But the owner kindly helped us.
