the vill was comfortable but there was some kinda food on the carpet and bird poop all over the patio door chairs

the staff/ Chula vista owner is double charging all of the booking .com customers they were rude and were lying right to our face told us we had to pay an extra charge of 73.66 if we want our room number and couldn't tell us at first what this charge was. scammers they made up this charge to get more money out of their guest as I questioned this charged many people next to me just pulled out a credit card and swiped with no questions asked that's not a good way to do business the owner/ceo would not come out n talk to me I was honestly ready to call the new on this scam but it took 6 hours to get my children into the room because of another issue we had with booking.com so by then I was done n just didn't want to be on vacation anymore.

Absolutely nothing

The carpet was filthy. I couldn't let my baby on the floor. The pillows had stains on the them. There was a chair missing from the dining table. There was a hornets nest on the balcony that we called about but nobody came. The adjoining room had a padlock on it and we couldn't get in it so we had to call and have it removed. We found the reason for that was because it had been broken into and the whole door & lock was broken. All the essentials were of the cheapest quality possible from the toilet paper to the 2 disgusting pans, to the silverware. I used to have a time share at Chula Vista and loved it, that's why I chose it. But, I am appalled & disappointed at the the quality if this room. We paid over $1000 for 2 nights with NO water park passes when we could've stayed at Glacier Canyon where we usually stay. We'll be going back there. Never again will I stay at Chula Vista. You lost a long time customer.

It was clean

My room got broken into and they wouldn’t move us to a new room

adjoining room door kicked in. huge stains carpet. hole in wall. lights out. no cups or glasses. hornets nest on balcony. high price with low standards . how could you rent that?

The bed was comfortable .I got the deal cause I thought the water park was include which was not. The wifi kept on logging off .nothing to watch on tv.

I paid for the rooms to be clean . And not a single day any body stoped to clean the room.other people were complaining.had to pay extra for the theme park.had to wear Sandles the rugs were dirty.is there anybody that inspects all that.coffe but no coffe cups.I asked somebody that was staff about cleaning the room .nobody new nothing.sorry I payed less on my olympus w water park.

The hotel was great, it was clean and very homey

The television wasn't working the whole time we were there. And we had absolutely no internet connection at all

I used this app in January of this year paid almost the same amount for the night and got water passes with my staying… can’t believe I paid $289 for a room and not get water passes 😡

I work all the time and I had schedule this for my kids I’m a single mother of 3 and my kids didn’t even got to swim because I couldn’t afford the water park passes 😞
