The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. Our refrigerator was so frosted over it would not shut. I reported it and we had a new one when we returned from our days activities.

The outside of the property was covered in bird droppings, due to a large group of birds nesting in the eaves. There was a lt of garbage blowing around the parking lot and field in front of the hotel.

The room was clean especially the bathroom but the room had a terrible smell and the breakfast was pretty good.

We arrived 90 minutes before check in was told our room wasn’t ready on the 3rd floor. Woman at front desk said she could give us another king room on 1st floor but it would be noisy with kids running around I told her no and we would come back later. When we returned 2 hrs later there was another woman working she gave us a room on the 1st floor when i tried to explain what transpired earlier she gave me the deer in the headlights look so we took the 1st floor room. Immediately got a foul odor coming from the room like dirty feet. The window was partially open like the maid was trying to air it out

The owner was nice and cleaned what was dirty.

There was a funky dirty smell walking into the hallway and once entering the room. The wall by the head board had a blood looking stain on it and the outside of the toilet was dirty.

We ate out for breakfast, but what was there didn't look bad.

when I arrived they said they cancelled my booking due to a card issue. and said they called me but I had no missed calls and had service and my phone on me all day. then they found a room for me as a walk-in. but after that little hiccup the facilities were clean and fine, breakfast was good, and I found the price on booking.com to be fair

No hot tub, pool was very cold, room was noisy (heard people upstairs, ac unit very loud), bed very uncomfortable.

The room we got was very nice and spacious and clean.

I didn't like how limited their breakfast was and it was cold and not the best.

the employees were amazing and super nice. the location was perfect because everything was a mile away but the hotel was not in the middle of everything.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, we had a sure with a pull out couch that also, to my surprise, was quite comfortable.

At breakfast the scrambled eggs were your run of the mill precooked and had gotten watery in the warmer. There were no spoons available by the cereal, but found some across the room. The pancake machine did not work, one of the juices came out just water and the other available wasn't very good either. While my son and I were eating the attendant began cleaning up and putting away breakfast with no notice. Another mother and child came down to find almost nothing left out.

Location was good. I was glad that when we found the bedbugs, they let us use their industrial size dryers to try and decontaminate our fabric belongings instead of having to bring them to a laundromat.

There were bedbugs. I found one and called the health department, the owner moved us to another room the health department had pre inspected. I was compensated for the nights I spent in the room with the bedbugs, but I felt that an appropriate response would have been to compensate me for the entirety of my stay, since disinfecting everything cut into my time for work preparation and for relaxing and enjoying my stay. The owner said Booking dot com prevented him from reimbursing me fully, and Booking said the decision was up to him, so I don’t know who to believe. The run around was exhausting. I would not stay at this property again or recommend it to anyone. I realize bedbugs can happen to anyone at any property but the response to what happened was very disappointing.

Loved pancake machine and decent selection for breakfast. Room was clean and bathroom clean. Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked almost too well!

We had a handicap room but I find the beds in almost all. Hotels and motels now are extremely high. I am 5 ft. Tall and a senior who had to run and jump into the bed and pull myself by the covers to get into it. That seems ridiculous if I was in any worse shape. Than I am. I am finding the same issue with our other hotel (different chain) in Minneapolis but why????beds never used to be impossible to get in and out of.
