Great spot in the heart of Echuca

Fantastic accommodation with everything that we needed. Around the corner from the main rd of echuca and right on the Murray.

I didn't realize that it was part of a complex with shared facilities, eg the pool but was actually totally fine and still felt quiet and fairly private.

Dream location, beautiful view & great value for money

Fabulous location in the heart of the town centre, with an excellent view and access to the Campaspe River from the courtyard. Eating breakfast on the porch each morning was blissful! Very clean rooms and well-appointed. Would definitely return here when I’m next in Echuca, and I highly recommended it to others.

The only negative aspect during our stay was that one of the bedroom air conditioners made a noise that could be heard clearly from the other room, so it might need some maintenance.

Place was clean but we felt it was overpriced for small rooms. Lacked 5 star service.

Close to shops and Port of Echuca.

No welcome note or chocolates. No folder to look at to promote activities or restaurants. Not enough cutlery. Terrible bed mattress that hurt my back and uncomfortable couch in living area. Also for this price I expected better pillows on beds.

location was spot on in town , stunning backyard view , lovely green oasis within by the pool

not complaining but there was no coffee table to put drinks on in comfy lounge room no side tables for bedroom to put glass water on for night

We will be back

Easy to find, great secure parking and a great location. The bed was COMFORTABLE! hooray! Seems to be rare these days! Being on the river, we had a great view as well. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was appreciated. I have to mention the beautiful lounges, gorgeous and so lovely to sit on.

The only thing I would mention is the music from the pub next door. Being a Friday and Saturday night, we actually didn't mind it, and it reminded us that life has begun again after the last few years.

Fabulous stay in Echuca with lovely views

Location was great right on the Campaspe River with access via a gate that lead to a path for a nice walk along the river into town

Apartment was lovely but not enough bench area in kitchen otherwise loved our stay

Absolutely Enjoyable and Restful stay :)

Home away from home, everything you would require was available as well as being nice and close to restaurants, Cafes and shops. Very, Very Clean and beautifully decorated to create a lovely ambience. A peaceful spot being right on the Campaspe River front.

Mattress was a little too firm for us. Great Support but requires a topper for those who side or tummy sleep. Perfect for a Back Sleeper. Unfortunately, we are both side and tummy sleepers, but was ok for a couple of nights

We were very happy with our stay in a clean well located complex. Room had facilities required .

No keys but a keypad at garage door and room was great. Do not have to worry about keys. Room well laid out with very good setting and very clean. All items in rooms were available. Facilities around complex good. We used bbq which was clean with all utensils available which was great.

Security around complex could be improved . With a hotel close by people could cause problems. People could walk around units with privacy a problem. Garage door could not be shut or locked. People could access vehicles easily.
