Great location, nice to see the sunrise in morning across the sea. So close to many nice bars and restaurants. Host allowed us in early and to stay later.

This was a real find! An absolute gem in a fantastic location right on the seafront. Would highly recommend it. Excellent value for money and super accommodation.

The location was perfect, on the seafront and close to restaurants, the Spa Pavilion and the Pier. The apartment was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The modern kitchenette was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

Everything was lovely! Will definitely be back!

Only a suggestion; a folder with restaurants, bars, places to visit, etc would be a good idea.

On the coldest day ever the flat was toasty warm when I arrived in the dark and lights had been left on ready to welcome me. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Perfect location to enjoy felixstowe, great to be so close to sea. Host very accommodating and info sent on how to find ect. Look forward to returning.

Wow! Wow! and more Wow! This is an absolute gem of a place. The location is spectacular - directly opposite the beach. The studio apartment is perfect. Parking is available. Donna (the host) keeps the apartment lovely and cosy with the heating on. There are lots of helpful notes around so that you aren't bewildered at all! I will definitely be back!

The wifi dropped out once during a teams meeting but I wouldn't normally have meetings that early in the morning so no big deal.

Enjoyed everything about this place, it is a lovely, quant place to stay. It has everything that you would need. Location is awesome, right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Donna was very helpful and communicated really well.

Beautiful, cosy apartment with sea views from the living room. Very clean, comfortable bed, and great arty decoration- lots of the owner's stunning art works on the walls. It had all you could want to cook a meal there (though we ate out- Steak and Lobster house just down the road highly recommended). Did not meet the owner but her communication was friendly and helpful, and we were able to check in a bit earlier that day. Would love to stay again some time!

A lovely little apartment right on the promenade. Very clean and neat and tidy. The host is very helpful and fast to respond to any questions or queries.

Absolutely amazing ! From first communication with Donna the host through to check out was fantastic. Donna is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless and just so homely and cost the location amazing. Pricing excellent. We will definitely be back.

The location was amazing it was literally opposite the beach. It was lovely being able to hear the waves from the apartment. The apartment is also walking distance to nice cafes, restuarants and the pier. The accommodation was really nice and modern and we loved the swivel chair. It was also nice to see such lovely artwork around the apartment. Also, having a seperate dining room was good. A bonus was having free parking. In terms of the host, Donna was great as she let us check in early and check out earlier, which was much appreciated. Her communication prior to arriving was great too. We look forward to returning soon!

In terms of improvements i think satchets of tea, coffee, sugar and salt could be provided. Also there is a notice near the door with the wifi passwords, information about the bins etc. But maybe a welcome book which includes the information as well as some recommended restaurants, places to visit and things to do etc, could be good
