Model does not come with an oven, but I have added a toaster oven and the kitchenette is fully stocked including coffee maker. I have 5 folding chairs for outside included as well as outdoor fire pit cooking supplies. Refrigerator will run on propane when traveling. I do not have a generator as of yet but feel free to bring one. Pick up and drop off times are very flexible since I am working from home now and the trailer is in my parking lot. I try and keep up with any repairs needed as they come, but due to demand during summer season and lack of time in between rentals, I can not guarantee I will have time to repair something if it comes back broken. So far everything has been fine, but I can not guarantee it and just want you to be aware :) Canoe can be rented too! Rentals during COVID caution times: As per part of the cleaning fee, all surfaces will be sanitized with lysol; dishes will be washed through a dishwasher in my home, bedding and towels will be washed with washer and dryer. Normally a 24 hour buffer is used at the least. Any extra precautions can be requested and discussed. I aim to make your rental safe and you comfortable.
