We loved our stay at Mike's place! We had a group of 16 wives and 3 infants together for a retreat and the space fit our needs perfectly! There were lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE!!! The house had everything we needed and we were even able to split up into different rooms for breakouts and discussion groups. Mike was very responsive to questions even tho he was out of town and traveling. It was a great stay.

This place is great for large groups! The outdoor area was very relaxing and the whole property was fantastic! We arrived early and met the owner Mike who was super helpful showing us things and let us check in early!!! 5 stars all the way :)

Fabulous home with several different areas for conversation. Saltwater pool and backyard were so inviting. We had a large group and even had company a couple of nights and it never felt crowded. The neighborhood and home were both very quiet, Host was very responsive and flexible.

Great, easy access location! Mike was available and quick to respond to questions as needed. Loved the amenities! Our family had a great time celebrating our parents' 60th wedding anniversary!

This is the second time we have stayed here. Beautiful house, great location, pool, game room and very responsive host. Can't ask for more. We have truly enjoyed ourselves here. We had a small issue and Mike came and fixed the problem quickly. Very close to grocery stores, gas and restaurants. We will definitely be back when we come back to Kansas.Thanks Mike for everything. This house had an amazing backyard that helped keep all the kids and adults entertained. Plenty of comfortable beds and the basement also had fun activities .

Excellent property with lots of kitchen counter space and double ovens (for those that enjoy cooking). Beautiful pool and landscaping (great for pictures). Mike helped us out on air mattresses and they were great quality. Lots of different areas for sitting around the house. We really had a lot of fun. Location is excellent for getting into downtown. Felt like a safe neighborhood.

Great place to stay for large group - kids had a blast in pool- Mike was very accommodating. If we were in KC would definitely stay again

This home fits our family of 13 perfectly! Each bedroom, family room, game room and kitchen have great space. And the pool and pool deck is the best part.

This was a great location for a trip with multiple families. Kids enjoyed the pool and amenities in the basement. Lots of fun!!

This house was a great find for our family vacation! We had 15 adults & children and the house had plenty of rooms and beds for us. The pool was absolutely perfect and well maintained. The backyard has enough sitting space for 50+ people. You can swim, use the diving board, relax in the shaded lounge area with a tv, sit on swings and have a bon fire, or just lay out on the deck. If that wasn't enough and/or it rains, the basement has a pingpong table, pool table, dart bard, bar, and sitting area with a tv. The host Mike was always quick to respond to any questions we had and even came to checkin on the pool one day when we out enjoying the KC Royals game. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Property was just as we expected from the listing. Pool area was perfect with lots of seating and space. House was comfortable and located near Kansas City so easy access to highways. Mike was easy to contact in advance of check in. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I enjoyed staying at this home. The locaton was great. Is was a easy flight and drive to get to the home.

Great property. Everything worked, the property was clean and manicured, and the hosts were available but not intrusive.

Our group of middle school students loved staying here while in town for a competition. It was a safe location with plenty of things to do at the house during our down time. Mike worked hard to make sure the pool was open and ready for the kids.

The owner is a nice guy and The amenities were as advertised but there are quite a few issues: -Deferred maintenance everywhere. Wood deck is old and dangerous. Rotting wood creating soft spots that one could trip on or go through. Hasn't been stained or painted in years. Inside house painting is needed everywhere. Chairs broken. -Cleanliness- Owner was there when we checked in, and had apparently been cleaning after the last guests left. He needs to hire professionals. We found dirty socks behind a door. Bathroom rugs don't appear to have been cleaned recently. There was no laundry detergent and very little dishwasher detergent. Televisions- There are half a dozen screens but absolutely no instructions on how to use them. We spent hours figuring out how to a) turn the things on (b) use our own accounts to access content since NO connections were provided. There are like a dozen remote controls and they are not identified as to which goes with what screen/room. - Tidiness- There's stuff that apparently belongs to the owner all over the place. Bibles, kids games in the closets. Just old stuff wherever you look. Liquor bottles on the downstairs bar that had gross mold in the bottles. Bottom line. Fun place to rent for a guys party house if the guys aren't very discerning. Maybe good for a frat party.

Overall a great experience, couple hiccups but Mike was all over it. No complaints here. Definitely worth the stay for our larger group of 10.
