Easy checkin. Quiet and comfortable

Pool was warm and nice room was clean and beds were comfortable

We liked the location be ause it was close to 435 and the multiple pillows and the breakfast was very nice.

Stayed one night with my family, rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool. Ryan at the front desk was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful

The staff here, literally all of them were over the top above and beyond amazing from check in to check out! I have never stayed anywhere more accommodating and kind.

Calling the front desk if I needed a housekeep the only thing I didn't like,

Rude staff at check in, dirty hallways, elevator not working (we weren't informed of this until after we had checked in and provided payment info), and the bed was as hard as a rock.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Not until after we checked in did they inform us that they hadn’t had water all day… But it would be turned on in 30 minutes. As promised it came on, but then didn’t take long for it to go off again. There was no water until the early morning hours on the next day. Sporadically throughout the day the water would shut off and come back on again. When you would call the front desk they would say oh it’s going to be 20 minutes to come back on… Then two hours later you call and it said I was just gonna be another 30 minutes. We had an event to go to, and we ended up not being able to take showers Because there was no water. When we got back home late evening, there was still no water. Once again called down and complained. We ended up cutting our trip short and leaving in the middle of the night because we were so irritated with this whole experience…I called when we got back home from our trip to speak with the hotel informing them I would like my money back since it was a horrible experience, and they did not hold up to their end of the contract by giving us the normal amenities that you would expect at a hotel. The guy at the front hung up on me! Unbelievable! I ended up having to call the corporate office-they were nice to get my money back. Not to mention the fact the bathrooms were gross there was mouse crap under the sink-Overall, just by the looks of the room they don’t clean much! Save yourself, the headache, Spend a little bit more & stay elsewhere!

Everything was great! Very nice hotel and helpful staff. Kids enjoyed the pool and slide.

I got to my room there was no power other than bathroom lights. Four days I never took a hot shower. There was no hot water. The place is in desperate need of some upkeep. None of the people working had any teeth. Good breakfast though.

I traveled with my daughter for a sports event. We had a very good experience. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, and once we got to our room everything was clean, and had plenty of towels.

The curtains don't close all the way, and there was hair on the shower. Otherwise, the service was great and very laid back, beds clean, and location was perfect for our needs. Thank you!

My kids always enjoy staying here for baseball tournaments…the location is convenient as it’s close to a major highway making it a quick drive to the parks we play at. The kids love the water slide and the staff have always been friendly.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and you could tell the same breakfast was reheated for the following day but it was still decent. My only real issue is with the cleanliness of the room. It was very obvious it hasn’t been dusted in quite some time as there was dust covering the headboards and along the top edge of the headboards. Also, there were a pair of men’s underwear left in one of the drawers from the previous guest.

The problem wasn't with the property, which was fine. The desk clerk was wonderful. But they didn't have my Travelocity reservation. They luckily had rooms available, so the desk clerk got me one, then had to backtrack with Travelocity to make sure I didn't get double-charged. It was a hassle for both of us. Just saying.

Hotel room was not clean. Front desk was helpful. Very disappointing for the price. Room was very dirty. I could have stayed somewhere a lot cheaper for the condition this room was in.

Indoor pool was nice but could use some wall paint. Staff was very nice but you could tell they were short handed. Room was nice and clean

Polite staff, clean lobby and room, good breakfast. Elevator needs some attention. vibrates and shakes.

Decent cleanliness in the open areas of hotel, but room floor was sticky, shower door wouldn’t stay shut, and there was grime and hair in the shower.

I had a rental car and hotel was by the highway…Quite and remote area. There are some restaurants and liquor stores across yhe street

The staff was probably the best part of the stay. There was not a single employee that was unfriendly or unhelpful. We were booked into three rooms. One room was nice, the second had an open box of cheese it’s in a drawer and a dirty cloth in another, and the third was moldy/musty smelling and had a tv that didn’t work. The rooms need updating and room 226 needs to have mold/mildew work to figure out why it’s there.

The room wasn’t clean. The bed was hard as a rock. Water pressure was non-existent. There was nowhere to put anything in the shower. The handrail in the shower was coming out of the wall. Felt like you were going to fall thru the shower. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. You could hear every single noise. The door to outside near the room had to be propped open or you couldn’t get in. The person next to our room played music loudly all day and a lot of the night

Great location and easy on and off highway and walkable food options reason for 4 stars, they were renovating breakfast area and it was a mess

Hotel smelled musty and was falling apart all over. Could not get room serviced with clean towels or sheets, trash removed or shampoo/conditioner replaced for three days, despite repeated requests. Toilet seat and shower were dirty. Broken shower head. AC had two settings: 65 degrees or off, no in between. Came back to our room at night to find no lights, power, or AC. Apparently, a fuse had blown while we were out. There was never anyone at the front desk the 4 days we were there. They were either in the back and we had to page them or they were standing just outside the front door smoking. Dirty styrofoam coffee cups (looked used) and sour milk at breakfast.

It was in the city. and was quite a busy traffic area. we were looking for something less busy. We didn't stay there, they said that i had too booking , but i only has one Itinery number . so they charged us for a night stay for each booking even though they said they were only going to charge up for one night with one of the booking. Will never use you guys again , too confuessing

We checked in at 10pm. Got to the room. We found rolly polly bugs all over the floor. Hair in the shower and crumbs all over. Contacted front desk. The offered clean sheets. Or to change rooms we were tired so we changed the sheets. At checkout we mentioned this to clerk. We didnt ask for anything but clerk said she would noticy mang for adjustment, to call the next day. Noluck, manager would not take phone call, nor did she eeturn it.
