big rooms and friendly staff

if the checkin and checkout process was a bit faster, that would have been really helpful

not so clean , saw rash underneath the chair and on the table

breakfast was bad , cold food, they don’t fill juices once the tank was empty. definitely won’t come back anymore

Stylish hotel with comfortable facilities. Breakfast is excellent, with a very wide range of foods available. Staff are very attentive and helpful. On arriving home, I realised I had forgotten my electric toothbrush. With one call to the customer service desk, a helpful and friendly staff member was able to find the item and send it to me by courier. Thank you Aurora, truly five star service.
