We had a wonderful time in Santa Monica! The studio apartment was easy to access and comfortable. We came and went as we pleased and Maryam and Esmail were great hosts.

The space was larger than it appeared in the photos, was well-decorated and clean. It was located on a quiet street that was convenient to all the places we wanted to go. I would stay here again on my next trip to LA!

This small studio is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of Santa Monica. The unit has everything you need in a relatively compact space. Our only complaints are that the closest coffee shop is at least 1/2 a mile away (and we didn't have a car), and the bathroom is awkward to use as there is no shelf or counter space. We suggested the owners add a couple of shelves. Also, no towels were left in the bathroom and it took us a few minutes to discover where they were hiding in a closet. But other than those minor challenges, this is a great quiet unit tucked away in a nice neighborhood of Santa Monica with everything you need.

Clean, smart tv. wifi, fully furnished, plenty parking. It worth what i paid. Nice hosts.

Very clean and nice studio. Large enough for card games and a family dinner with our son and daughter in law. It is close to a small airport but It is not very busy and I enjoyed watching the airplanes from our patio. Would stay there again.

The owners are responsive and the property has everything you could need. 1.0 walk to Whole Foods and 2.0miles to Venice Beach. Would stay here again!

My 2 girls and I were in town for a concert and needed a place to stay for a weekend. We found Maryam & Esmail’s place, it looked perfect and was close to where we needed to be. They were very easy to contact. Check in was super easy. Everything was just as promised. We felt very safe in the area and knowing they were close by if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again and recommend. Thank you Maryam& Esmail for helping with a great weekend!

Maryam & Esmail were lovely, and so was their studio. I booked this for my parents who are visiting from out of the country. It's got everything you need, the space is extremely comfortable with the high ceiling, and the neighborhood is safe and great to walk around. I would definitely rent this space again for when my parents visit me in the future. Maryam & Esmail are great hosts, they were always available when my parents had questions about parking and other things. Extremely helpful and respectful, always assured us that they live closeby and that they are there if we need our help. Couldnt' find a better host. Highly recommend

I don’t have anything bad to say about my stay. Everything was just great. Conveniently located in Santa Monica in a quiet neighbourhood that felt really safe (something to consider in L.A.), 15 min walk from public transportation, 30 min walk from Venice Beach. Supermarket and laundry place close by. The house was beautiful, the furniture was stylish. It was equipped with all that we needed for cooking and making coffee in the morning. The floors were clean, sheets felt fresh, towels were abundant. Communication with the host really top notch, they answered all my messages very quickly and reminded me several times that they live close by and to reach out if I needed. I also loved that the door could be opened with a code instead of a key, as it always adds a bit of stress to have to carry a key around. Air conditioning saved us from the heat during this exceptionally hot week in Los Angeles. The bed was comfortable. The toilet is even equipped with a “Tushy”, something we Italians especially appreciate considering we never find our beloved bidets abroad. I could go on for hours so I’ll stop here. Needless to say that considering the prices in Los Angeles my stay didn’t feel like a waste of money at all. I would recommend it to a friend. I would stay at this place again next time I visit L.A.

They had a dispenser in the shower for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in case you left anything behind. Overall the studio was very well stocked with the necessities. Parking was very easy and convenient. Lots of windows letting in natural light. Cons: Although indicated that pets were not allowed, the studio had a very potent, overwhelming smell of cat urine. It was not the quiet getaway we were expecting from the other reviews. Right next to the airport so there were very loud planes flying overhead frequently. Additionally, the refrigerator was very loud. It made a strange “knocking” sound that frequently woke us.

I had a great stay. The location was ideal for me, being in Santa Monica, and central to the places I wanted to go there. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming. There was a ton of street parking and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
