The appliances didn’t work properly, the place was filthy like no one had been in there for months. Dead spiders and webs on the lamps. Towels smelled of Mildew. Just awful. Especially for the cost. What a shame.

The property was well maintained sufficient parking for our 3 vehicles We found the sleeping quarters perfect for our needs. The decks and views were fabulous. 3 bathrooms very well placed in proximity to sleeping areas having a washer and dryer a definate score for my daughter a mother of 4 boys. Close by grocery shopping quite convenient. Views from the deck reflect the owners perceptions of what guests might enjoy. Iverall a very pleasant stay that went by only too fast.

Great house for weekend with family and some friends. Gorgeous views, and close to Gunstock.

We unfortunately started our stay on the same day of a storm which caused the power in the town to be out for 24 hrs. I made several attempts to get a hold of the property manager to figure out what to do in this situation. I eventually had to call the management company the next morning to get a hold of someone live. Because the power had been out for more than 6 hours I asked the property manager to go check it before we drove to the house to make sure it was okay, but I never heard back. When we eventually got into the house 2 days later once power was back and it had heated back up, we walked in to 2 smoke alarms beeping due to dying batteries. I once again tried to contact the property manager to help, but no response. I tried to take care of the situation myself, but one of the detectors was in a closet that was locked, so my family with 3 small kids, spent the whole night listening to the obnoxious beeping. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom with our 6 month old baby, who ended up having to sleep in bed with us because the room was so cold, even after turning the thermostat up to 73 degrees. I could not turn it any higher as our two other kids were in a room that would have been way too hot. We found the overall condition of the house to be fair. Under the beds were filthy, all the bedrooms had broken window blinds, and the mattress cover on the master bed had seen better days, it was so torn it hardly even stayed on. The water was also very cloudy. We tried letting the faucet run to maybe clear out any air in the pipes, but the cloudiness never went away. Needless to say, we ended up leaving the property 3 days early and going home.

Great location to hiking and gunstock mountain. Clean house with charm and an amazing view!

The house is clean and we greatly appreciated the well appointed kitchen. THAT VIEW! We just couldn't get enough of staring at the lake. We were so thankful to have a lovely place to crash after 14 hour work days. Thank You!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we were looking for. Less than 5 minutes to Gunstock ski area. Incredible views from almost every room. The house was super clean and the beds and living spaces were comfortable. My girls loved the awesome bunk bed! Caleb communicated clearly and promptly. Perfect stay and would love to come back!
