The condo was very clean and loaded with many amenities. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. The only disadvantage for us senior citizens was this was on the second floor. It it very convenient to stores. The pool in the complex was very quiet and relaxing.

Realy nice perfectly clean .

I am not going to lie, when we pulled up to the condo I wasn't too sure about the place. But like they say, don't just a book by its cover. The condo was very nicely decorated and all the little touches made this place exceptional. And we couldn't have asked for a better location. Super easy to get every where! Also, the property manager was very prompt in responding to inquerues. Highly recommend this condo!

We had a great stay in Sarasota and I'm so glad we booked this condo! The location is great! Close to everything and yet the unit is very quiet! There were treats and water waiting for us when we got there. We appreciated the beach chair, towels and cooler that we took to the beach everyday. There were lots of toys and books that my son played with. I loved that the fridge had an ice maker and water! Also, a vacuum was available, which was great to clean up the floor of the sand that came with us from the beach. The decor was on point and the host is very responsive and attentive of all the guests needs. I'd definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!

Perfect location! I stayed here with my 2 daughters ages 15 and 12 and it was everything we expected. Exactly as described. This unit is located in close proximity to Siesta Key, Lido Key, and downtown Sarasota. They provided nice touches such as beach towels, travel size toiletries, and a welcome basket with snacks. Washer and dryer was a plus. Never had to contact the host but when needed the host replied with a prompt response. Would rent here again and would highly recommend to friends and family!!!

All new, very very clean, lots of hangars, extra blankets, nice dishes, nice screened deck, safe and convenient area. Comfortable king bed. Games and toys if you have kids, beach chairs and towels all brand new as well. Publix across the street. HELPFUL HINT; Hard to find, entrance sign is dimly lit (and hidden if a car if pulling out) so slow down as you get to Publix.

Our family prefers staying out of the way of the other tourists. We like picking up groceries and settling in as one of the locals. This place was great for that! It was obvious that many in the condo complex lived there year round. There was a Publix across the street. You do have to drive to the beaches, rather than walking out the front door... On our way driving in (from Georgia) we went to Anna Maria Island and chose Coquina Beach. I HIGHLY recommend it. They had outside changing booths and bathrooms, a pine-shade sheltered picnic area in view of the beautiful beach. There is no charge to get on the Island or parking. However, we got there on a Saturday at 11 and it was packed! Go early and/or go on a week day. We also loved Venice Beach for the shell collecting and Siesta Keys Beach for the gorgeous, powder sand. Lido Beach was more shell-based and was difficult to enter the water. We also enjoyed the Big Cat Habitat. The property owners were very responsive! I had a question about WIFI and they answered immediately. A couple tips - They have both a small keurig style pod coffee machine and a 12 cup machine (in the closet). They have beach towels and chairs and even sun screen in the bathroom. There is a small washing machine, which was perfect to wash 2-3 beach towels. For larger loads, there is a coin-operated laundry on the facility grounds. The pool was like a smallish hotel pool. We went by once, but there were residents in it, so we didn't stay. It looked nice, but a large family would overwhelm it. The lock on the door is opened with a code. It was our experience that you have to push the little lock button in order to lock the door behind you. It may lock after a certain amount of time, but we couldn't be sure. Just press the lock button, to be certain - it does not automatically lock behind you! The second bedroom lights were quite dim at night - could use a second lamp. It helped to point the lights towards the ceiling. But it wasn't a big deal! We also recommend the Five-O Donut Co. Go early (8 am)... you will be ASTOUNDED by their masterpieces. The doughnuts were very delicious!!!! All in all a great vacation!

The owner was exceptional in communicating and taking care of a minor issue at last minute. He quickly responded to me and was super nice and helpful. The place was super cute and very comfy. It was nicely decorated. It was conveniently located. The price was very good. We are going to go back and try to stay here first. We loved this place and had a great time! I cannot recommend this place enough!
