The location is just perfect and close to food/shopping facilities. Also close to the venues we were travelling to and airport. The place is clean, comfortable, and has alternative electricity sources and staff friendliness

Just a place to sleep

There was no breakfast as the place is called bed and breakfast. The are limited items to use for service, such as ironing and other items. Those items has to be shared with everyone and meet everyone across. It feels like there's no privacy

everything. There was a piece of condom packet in the shower, the bedding had dirty spots ( I wouldn’t even get under the sheets) the room wasn’t the room we booked, terrible.

A very friendly hostess, clean, quiet, and very affordable establishment

It was a work trip so a desk would have helped to work on. And on one occasion we couldn't use the outside area cos a gentleman was smoking dagga. Whilst I understand that this has been legalized in SA, it's to be done in private and not public spaces so this experience was very disturbing for me. Other than this, l had a great experience

Not much really. You get what you pay for.

Although 103 0n Wallace advertises bed and breakfast on Booking.com and on the big brass sign outside the establishment we we told very rudely that they do not do breakfast.

The greeting was not as it should be, I was asked who are you and what do you want.

It isn’t in a safe area.

Aircon wasn't working,however,they did give us a fan, and shower drainage blocked. Room opposite kitchen,,

The bathroom is too confined. We had no electricity for more than two hours 8n the evening, the electrician didn't bother to come and fix the problem. This was resolved by us as guests together with the helping lady. Bar fridge was not working. There were no two pin plugs to charge in the room. No water or glasses to drink water

This is a definte must visit for your stay in Cape Town. if you are looking for a Clean room, comfy bed, no Loadshedding due to an inverter. The staff is so friendly. I loved the accommodation!!!!!!
