Neat and tidy, excellent room with walk in dresser/robe. Owners and their dogs friendly. Fantastic facilities if wanted to cook in.

A huge bathroom/laundry yet the shower opened and hit the toilet.

Breakfast options were excellent with an array of cereals, fruit, bread/croissants with spreads and juice. Coffee pod machine and teas/hot chocolate and regular coffee were also supplied. Cottage was easy to find and in a central location walking distance to the Bradman Museum and oval.

Very clean, well equipped and thoughtfully presented, with generous breakfast supplies on arrival. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Location met our needs. The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. Breakfast food was provided. The heater kept the place warm. The bed was very comfortable. Car parking at the door was perfect to get luggage indoors while it was a bit rainy. Umbrellas were provided.

A heated towel rail to dry bath towels would be great. A few more coat hangers would improve the utility of the spacious wardrobe. A town map on the table is always helpful.

I very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at 13 Ascot road. Perfect for a couple. Very clean and tidy and everything I could want was supplied. The extras supplied in the fridge and breakfast basket was much more than expected. Most of all Cos and Robyn went out of their way to make the accommodation available to us early to fit in with our plans to attend an afternoon wedding.

We had everything we need for our stay. Great breakfast !

The cottage is very handy to Bowral town centre and Bradman museum. The property was very clean and comfortable, terrific Continental breakfast included. Plenty of room, large walk in wardrobe, full kitchen with all the cooking gear you could need. Bed was very comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend the property.

absolutely all to like about 10 minutes walk east of the town and tucked behind the owners property on a quiet road. the key is in a lock box so you come and go as you please. the kitchen/lounge is spacious for two, the bed and dressing room comfortable with crisp linen. towels and dressing gowns are provided for guests. the roomy bathroom has a great shower and washing machine. the breakfast basket was very well stocked including croissants and fruit. we would love to stay again and would highly recommend to others as a top place for a couple to stay in delightful Bowral.

nothing at all to dislike

We arrived late and found lights had been left on for us and the cottage was lovely and warm. Very welcoming. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for breakfast and more. We had lovely fruit and some nice pastries as well.

This is a lovely little place; everything we needed, warm, private, comfortable bed, one car park space, short drive to main shopping area, walk to Bradman Museum, short drive to Retford Park. Will definitely stay again if we visit Bowral again for an overnight stay.

The place was very clean, very well arranged, all furniture,laundry & kitchen facilities were in xclnt condition and working fine. Also appreciated the groceries & snacks made available to prepare continental breakfast before heading out each morning!

The leather lounge was comfortable but would be much better if it was a recliner. The bed pillows were all a little too soft. Maybe providing a few firmer pillows in the mix would be very helpful.

This property had everything needed for a wonderful stay. The breakfast items supplied were excellent, plentiful and varied. The host was a delightful lady and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend.

The oven needs attention.

We have stayed in a lot of places and this cottage stay was up with the best. A perfect cottage for two people. So bright and cosy....even in the winter! The space was the perfect size with ever extra you could think of for any self catering you want to do. The supply of food extras was more generous than you could imagine and the washing machine was a great bonus. The shower was hot, the bed was comfy, parking on site and very quiet and private. The cottage was sparkling clean and a credit to the hosts. The walk into town is flat and an easy 10-15 minutes (depending which end of town you are headed to). This is a beautiful and interesting part of the Southern Highlands and we enjoyed our stay immensely.
