There was no breakfast in the hotel ,when i asked about the breakfast , the manager told me that in my booking no breakfast included and my booking was through Oyo. I have send the screen shot of my booking through Booking .com to the manager .The comedy is that there was nobody to attend our grievances. The door was very tough to open and it was not properly maintained . The sheets, woolen and blankets was used and not washed. I think these people are cheating the customers

worst experience ever. the property manager didn’t even let me in. saying that it was all booked. even though i had confirmed booking and paid half amount for the coming days. he was very Rude and unprofessional.
