We left property

There was a big fire across the street. All the power went out and fire alarms went off while I was checking in so we left. Can’t get anyone to respond to me and refund the charge for stay.

Nicely re-modeled and comfortable hotel

All common areas and rooms have been recently renovated and are modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I had a king room and it seemed large and it had a mini-fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was free. I didn't try the pool but it looked nice and I liked the gym. Coffee in the room was good and easy to make.

The free breakfast was fine and very average. The weather was 100+ degrees during my stay but there is no covered parking (but A/C worked great). These are just very minor notes, as I would stay here again. In fact, this was my second time staying here. I often travel between LA and Tucson and it's a very long drive, and Blythe is a good half-way stay.

Location, clean, friendly staff

My bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable. Requested a recliner if possible , response was would be in room. Was not, called front desk was told they don’t provide. My question was I have the email showing would be in room

Shame!!!

Dont like…

At 2 am, a group of ignorant customers, laughing and shouting constantly, behaved disrespectfully in the hotel lobby, and the hotel staff allowed it. I couldn't wake up from my sleep at that hour and sleep for hours. I've stayed in hotels hundreds of times in my life and it's the first time I see something like this. thanks!!!

It was a wonderful stay because of the staff.

They had no internet connection because of a car accident in town. They were doing their best and handled the situation well. They made sure everyone was taken care of and were very professional. Super staff! Nice to know that in tough situation they could handle it.

Very nice hotel, very clean, convenient to the main route 10.

The facility was cleaner that I thought it would be, seemed brand new. Beds were super comfortable, room very clean, and the breakfast had an excellent array of foods, good quality.

The girl up front wasn't unpleasant but very blase. I checked in and asked her where I should park, she said what room was I in and I said 224, and she said I don't really know where that is. Then literally, 1 minute later I went out to the car, came back in, and she asked if I was checking in, I had just checked in literally 2 minutes before. I know this may not be her dream job, but come on!!!

The bathroom door was very heavy and the bathroom light came on automatically when you opened it. For those getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom it was disturbing to others in the room

clean but there were toenail clippings on the carpet. yuk!

unfriendly staff at desk at checkout and middle of the night. no bottled water available. staff just said , “we’re out.” no attempt to offer suggestions for alternatives. $185 per night and no water!??
