For a budget hotel in a tiny desert town it was great. OK, it's older and needs upgrades, but the room was decent, it had a beautiful pool and hot tub, and the manager xouldnt have been nicer or more accommodating. All for $50??? Come on!

Kind employee good room the only problem or complaint I have is that the bed was uncomfortable

There was no phone in the room, and we were never given a wi fi code. The room was clean. Excessive noise from people at the far corner of the hotel, who were partying with door open and shooting some kind of pellet gun all night kept me up for a while. Seemed the place had been recently renovated and the shower had great pressure.

Noisy people late into the night. I had to exchange the card key three times. Walls are paper thin

Parking lot had one car in it and it was dusk. Men yelling across the parking lot in Spanish. I didn’t feel safe. I moved out after checking in.

I have a good memory in Blythe. People are kind, fatorite restaurant and atmosphere.

Although the area was very undesirable, I was quite surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The property south needs some updating, but everything work, and my stay was quiet and enjoyable.

Was going to give this place a 4 based on price and what you get. Good sized room with minu fridge and microwave and pool. Then we found it did not have a smoke detector and the tub fixtures decades old and VERY dirty. Yuch!

The staff was nice and we got to our room okay. Lights next to bed did not work. The place smelled musty and the handle fell off the shower.

My room smelled of raw sewage when I entered. I opened the bathroom door and nearly threw up due to how bad the smell was. The owner kept saying that nobody else has complained but never took any action. I waited for something to be done and when nothing was done to rectify the problem I returned the key and told them I was leaving. He said he would refund through Expedia but I have not received a refund yet.

Do not stay here! Room was filthy. No maintance on the rooms. Drywall coming off in chunks. Carpet disgusting. Cleaning staff (if they have one) do not believe in vacuuming under furniture apparently. Toilet/baseboards/shower fixtures disgusting and need to be replaced. Shower knob comes off in your hand. No screens on windows and room was SO HOT! A/C unit on back of unit blocked by a half wall so no air reaches bed. Front desk did not have a table fan. Couldn't open window for a breeze because there were no screens. Many ammenties listed on website are non-existent. No restaurant/bar. No coffee/tea in room or on premises. We just needed a hot shower and a good night's sleep, not a palace, but this place was horrid! Blythe itself is a closed up, desperately poverty stricken, small town, which is very sad. My advice is to bypass this hot mess of a place.

The check-in person was very nice and friendly. That being said the rest is not good. First room the AC didn't work, so was given a second room. The AC worked or so I thought, but no, it kept just stopping. The TV was set to something that was not right and to call him to fix it. And there were no plugs that worked except one behind the fridge. And no lightbulbs in the lights, which I thought was why they were not working but I found one bulb in an another light and tried it and nothing. When one pays the amount of money I paid I expect to have working plugs, lights and AC and TV. Finally ended up getting a third room and it was on the second floor. After 5 foot surgeries I did not appreciate having to walk up and down the stairs the many times with my stuff. The room was ok The AC worked, and the TV worked or so I thought. It kept stopping while I was watching it. I finally gave up watching. Glad I was not watching a murder mystery as I would not have been able to see it being solved. It did have a fridge which was great but unfortunatly no freezer part which I needed. But the man at the desk let me use as much ice as I needed to help keep my cold packs fairly frozen. As I was leaving two of the housekeeping people offered to help me take my stuff downstairs which was very nice. Not sure about staying here again. All the rooms were clean.

Our room was in need of repair, bathroom wall looked incomplete, drywall was chipping. We saw spiders in the bathroom light fixture. The service was excellent, there was a personal item which was left in the room and the attendant was helpful and immediately let us back into the room to get our item, it was very much appreciated.

It was in a secluded area, the website said it served breakfast that was one of the reasons we chose that hotel only to be disappointed no breakfast and our shower had tape on the bottom to cover a hole in the tub.overall very disappointing

There is no breakfast here. And the room was 88 degrees when we arrived. Took a couple hours to cool off. Staff was friendly.

The toilet has a water leak. You have to always wait in the heat outside for the receptionist to come back in the office to open the door.

The front desk person was friendly but the hotel room was terrible. There were holes in the bathroom wall with tissue paper stuffed in them, the deadbolt on the inside of the door was broken, the handle fell off in the shower when I went to use it. There were construction men outside my door at 7:00 am blocking me from getting to my car. I had to say excuse me to get past whatever they were doing. The worst hotel I’ve over stayed at in Blythe or anywhere for that matter.

When I reserved, I was specific that we needed a first floor room as we are both handicapped, and we can't lug suitcases upstairs. When we arrived, they said they did not have a first floor room. The clerk was nice and apologetic and said we would not be charged. We found another hotel in town, but when we got home they charged us anyway! Why did they even confirm a room for us if they didn't have what we requested?

They are currently performing some needed repair work.

Good beds, housekeeping at the top of their game. Modest place, but very clean and tidy. Nice people at the front desk.
Ranks very well among Blythe's value motels. Super 8 has been the best, America's Best Value comes in just below it and is less expensive.
The owners seem to be working hard at making this motel viable and appealing.
I stayed there twice, on the way to LA and on the way back a week later. I'll stay there again.
The neighborhood is sort of scabby but very quiet.

The hotel seems to be going out of business. I could not find an office to check in, and the breakfast room was "Closed because of covid". I called and cancelled the reservation because of the above, and the lady was very cordial and cancelled without any problem. The neighborhood was very rundown. I would never have booked here if I had seen the surroundings.

Motel was quiet, but a bit worn down. Second floor walkway felt as if it were weak under feet as walking to room, felt a though it could break thru or collapse.

It was dirty, broken down, awful location and the door did not open well on both rooms I tried. I requested a refund and got a room elsewhere.

The hotel staff was nice, rooms were clean. The vanity light was out but we let staff know upon checkout. No soap, but we used shampoo. Overall, it was clean, reasonably priced and a great place to stop. The area the hotel is in is just average - nothing much going on, but felt relatively safe.
