We came over MLK weekend, this space was perfect for 10 friends to get together and hangout in the frigid temperatures! The host was so easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable! We really appreciated all the rooms!

Overall, the house was pretty great. We had a pretty substantial sized group, and it fit us comfortably. The only disappointing thing was that we had to wait over an hour past the listed check-in time, which is already kind of late at 5 PM. But even through that, the host was very responsive and apologetic. Once we were in, everything worked and was clean, so there was really no complaints!

This property is ideally located close to the downtown. We were never more than 15 minutes from any attraction we wanted to visit.

We had a wonderful stay in St. Louis. The house is very convenient to so many activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pans and more that a family of 14 needs to cook all of our meals for 7 days!. With family aged 7 to 83, the space was large enough to accommodate the ballgame watchers, card players and Lego playing kids! It was a 5 star stay!

It had a better supply of cookware than We've seen. Only one small pitcher was bad for a large ice tea drinking family
their was very few small spoons and no can opener. Needs drawer space and pantry shelves cleared so as to be used by people staying. These are only hints as how to make it top notch. Thank you for the new mattress, but still needs attention The springs are the problem.

The location was perfect for our three families with young children. The park right across the street provided a green space for the kids to run around. Everything we did was within 15 minutes of the property. Only negative with the relatively busy street the house was on with emergency vehicles and sirens often traveling to the local hospital. Overall it was a great stay!

My sisters in our families came together for my dad‘s funeral. It was wonderful us for us all to be able to stay in the same house together. The house was clean and the first floor was inviting for a big groups to eat together. Highly recommend this place. Will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay , the house was spacious. The kids had room to play in the basement and outside, plus the beautiful park across from us!!
The only thing that was a disadvantage the furniture was to short so older people had a hard a time getting up and out especially with bad knees. But I wouldn’t let me stop from staying again. I loved our stay there❣️❣️

Nice to have 3 full bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to host out of town guests. Loved that we were close to many St Louis attractions - we would stay here again!

Perfect place to gather for a SLU graduation! Plenty of bedroom space for family coming in from out of town and large open first floor so we could all be together to celebrate! Nice to have 3 full bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to host out of town guests. Loved that we were close to many St Louis attractions - we would stay here again!

I was very happy with how clean the house was when we arrived. The cleaning team does a great job. The bed I slept in was very comfy. Everything in the house worked great. We did have to have the maintenance team come and fix some pipes under the kitchen sink, but I got an immediate response and it was fixed very quickly! I was also very happy to have a fridge with purified water and ice! The location is right on a busy street, but it was a very convenient location. We went to the magic house and the zoo and it was very easy to get to both places from the house. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Property management was easy to contact however when asked to supply a working coffee pot (the carafe was broken) they dropped one off that didn’t fit the pot. Could use a thorough cleaning rugs were dirty in one bathroom, various small things found on the floor such as an earring and toys. Back door was unlocked when we arrived. Mostly just nuisance things not anything major. Important note: the bunk beds are not intended for adults, they were very uncomfortable and not fully sheeted.

Wonderful holiday celebration
The house was perfect for our family celebration. Plenty of space for 11 people. Beds were comfortable, rooms nicely decorated. Kitchen was well organized and it was easy to find the items we needed to cook breakfast. Tower Grove Park was a plus and we enjoyed a walk to the Missouri Botanical Garden. There were found plenty of restaurants nearby for take-out
options. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house for a family gathering. The large living space on the main floor allowed everyone to do their own thing (cook, games, tv) but still be together. The sectional was comfortable though most of my older family members didn’t approve (so if you’re traveling with a bunch of people 70+, just know the couch sits really low 😁). There are two parking spots behind the house which was convenient. Great location and everything worked! And the TV swivels so you can see it from any area downstairs.

They even had soaps for shower, laundry and kitchen. Very helpful. Only trouble was can opener didn’t work but I’m sure they’ll easily replace that. Beds were very comfortable. City sounds all night which didn’t bother us (but might if you need silence).

This is a very spacious place to stay. The beds were comfy and the rooms were all a good size. The location is near Tower Grove park where I went walking each morning. Nice location for many St. Louis attractions too.
