Great location and property. Only negative was the rental agency sent out multiple automated texts and emails suggesting I check into the availability of early check in. When I did inquire, I was told to check back the day before our stay started. I did so, and was told they would get back to me after checking with their cleaning staff. They never provided a response so we delayed our arrival to match 4pm check in. Seems like they were offering an option that wasn’t really available. Get rid of that option in automated texts and emails.

Cozy, modern, and beautiful. Unfortunately the garage clickers weren’t working for us, but they have plenty of street parking located in front of the house. Area is still in development, but overall quiet neighborhood. You can hear everything going on upstairs even when people are walking so the downstairs bedroom would definitely work for a heavy sleeper. Honestly amazing kitchen, bathrooms were clean and beds were cozy. Definitely recommend and don’t mind coming back if we are back in the area.

This house worked great for our Christmas getaway to visit family. My kids loved the coffee choices and snacks! They provided a lot of things other houses have not in the past. Small things make the difference like hand soap, shampoo, foil/plastic wrap, extra toilet paper, and a crockpot! Only request would have been for extra sheets and blankets. We would absolutely rent this house again.

My husband, middle son and I came in from Bolivar and my oldest son and his wife flew in from Minnesota for my father-in-laws funeral. This house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, plenty of lines provided and the kitchen was very well stocked for preparing food. It was nice being able to park in the garage and not have to worry about street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

-Street parking was very hard to come by but we made it work.
-The back gate was locked so I order to get into the garage we had to be dropped off at the front and go through the house to the back.
- The place was fairly clean, note I clean air bnb often. I do suggest checking behind all doors for dirty towels, under the couch had tons of trash, the vents and light fixtures are very dirty, and the counters had crumbs on them. I know not everyone will see this detail but as a owner I see this.
-other than that our stay was great! Loved the little snacks and how ice was pre made!

This property was just what we were looking to find when making plans for a baseball getaway. We were close to the activities we were interested in (Botanical Garden, Breweries and Ballpark). The home was spacious and the sleeping accommodations suited our group of five perfectly! The memory foam mattresses were SO comfortable!! We didn’t get a chance to use the back yard area, but if we’d had more time, it would have been perfect for grilling and outdoor social time. There is nothing we didn’t enjoy! Thanks for a great vacation!!

We overall enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was close to our location which made it easy to pack a lot in for such a short stay. Overall great stay. I will say the upstairs shower is tricky to get the water all the way to the shower head the water was on both the tub function and shower head which made for hardly any water pressure. We got it to go all the way to the shower head a few times but it was tricky. The only other thing is the main floor upstairs wasn’t super clean. My 9 month old daughter was crawling around quite a bit and each time would have black dirt marks on the top of her feet from crawling around. Parking wasn’t terrible! Space in the garage if needed and street parking was just a few spaces around the house. Never had to trek too far. I wish the lawn would’ve been mowed to enjoy the cute outside patio more. But like I said overall great stay! Loved the suggestions on places to visit also.

This place was great to stay in. It accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. We were very pleased with how much room we had through the house. We walked in to a very clean and tidy house. We were able to use all the things provided. We loved that we could park in the garage and not the street. Very tight fit if you are driving a larger vehicle.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. The only area I feel should be addressed is the stairs. It was not made clear how many stairs there are and how steep. It worked fine with our large group but did limit everyone having access to all rooms. Otherwise the house was wonderful.

Place was clean and well stocked. Plenty of utensils and dishes in the kitchen. Having the garage to park in was nice.

The house and rental company were amazing! We loved how easy it was to check in and out, and the house was very clean and had all the bells and whistles! However, I will say the area was subpar, not what we were expecting at all. A lot of the buildings and houses around us were run down, we did hear gunshots one night, and police every single night. There was times we did feel unsafe. After being there, we looked up the worst part of St. Louis, and that was Gravois park, which was only less than a few miles away from the house. But with that being said we were close to all the attractions and we did make the best of our stay. We might choose somewhere safer next time.

My family of 6 adults and 4 kids stayed here for a long weekend. It was close to all the St. Louis attractions Zoo, Science Center, Forest Park, Botanical Garden, City Museum and Arch just to name a few. There was plenty of room for all of us and with a TV in every room there were no fights over what to watch in the evenings. We also enjoyed having an air hockey tournament!

This place was absolutely stunning. Extremely clean! There was nothing missing from this place! Garage in the back, fully stocked kitchen, remotes that control the lights and ceiling fans in every room! There was a tv in every room, everything was beautifully decorated, check in and out was seamless. I can’t think of any flaws! Just be aware that there is parking the the front but it is street parking so the garage in the back is the way to go, you have to go around the corner to access the little alleyway to get to it! It was perfect and I would stay a million times over!
