The condo had everything we needed. AC worked great in the living room and master bedroom. My mother said the guest bedroom was a little warm at night but the room had a tower fan that they used. Other then that it’s a great condo, great location. Walking distance to the beach and Dollar General.
The only thing I didn’t like was the swimming pool water was warm. Not cold at all.

One of the most comfortable and well appointed condos we have enjoyed! The living space was organized with functionality and comfort in mind. Ideally located for so many fun activities. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach and a short drive to the SPI bird center. Many options for meals from eat-in using local provisions prepared in the fully stocked kitchen to excellent carry out. The place was spotless when we arrived and the beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed beach walking, the dolphins, turtle rehab, birding and hiking. We only used the pool area once, as not warm enough to swim. It was still very nice to lounge outside poolside or in the space just outside the primary bedroom. Highly recommend!

Love the condo, it was exactly as described. The only negative is due to it being a shared unit, the neighbors was not inclined to abide by the rules. They were at the shared pool till at least midnight; very loud. Other than that, I absolutely loved staying at this condo. The location to the beach, the Dollar General and Blackbeards restaurant was in walking distance which was one of the BIG positives. The owner was very prompt on answering texts. We had 4 adults and no kids on our stay so we didn't use any of the beach essentials which I thought was very thoughtful of the owner to provide. I highly recommend stay at this condo

Condo surpassed my expectations. It is a beautiful place. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach, and to a Dollar General. Most everything is supplied, and/or available for use during time of stay. Communication between myself and the owner was terrific. I felt welcomed. Everything is well laid out in their instruction book. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Great weekend getaway

Best stay ever!
We loved our stay here. We have been to South Padre many times and this condo was the best one we have ever stayed at. It was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to cook the whole time we were there. Sarah was great in communicating with us and answered all the questions we had quickly. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. In fact, I'm ready to book it again!

4th of July weekend
Had a great weekend getaway with my family despite of the situation going on right now we enjoyed our stay. We had the pool area to ourselves we had a bbq out by pool on the 4th of July . The property was beautiful had everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation!
The pictures do no justice! The check in key pad was so easy instead of a key, This property was beautifully decorated felt right at home I loved all the lighting, the kiddos were so excited! I forgot laundry soap and they had a lil sample box for us to do a load our family vacation was awesome definitely will be back to stay!

Property was as described and even better than pictures showed. Super close to the beach on a nice quiet street. Close to restaurants and dollar general. The pool was fantastic after a day at the beach.

Location is EVERYTHING
I’m going to keep this short and sweet. The property was nothing short of amazing. The location was minutes from beach access and DG right down the street. House was clean and cozy and the pool was a nice addition too! We will definitely be back!

Your Home Away From Home!
We were very impressed with the accuracy of the condos description and pictures.
As soon as you walked in you felt like home. Condo is beautifully decorated and maintained. It was very clean, organized and very well equipped. The inventory items did not fall short.
We really enjoyed the condos private pool and its beautiful pool side.
The location was perfect. A 3 minute walk to beach and so close to restaurants or general stores.
Weve stayed at other condos on South Padre through the years and this is by far THE BEST!

So much fun!
The condo was absolutely beautiful, very spacious yet cozy. The pool area was awesome. The distance from the beach was perfect. The only thing that was a slight problem was that there was no wagon to haul the chairs, umbrella, and beach stuff. Took a quick trip to Walmart to buy one and the kids had the best time overall. Thank you to Sarah who always responded within seconds if I texted her! We are looking forward to many future visits, and have already recommended this place to family and friends. 🙂

I can't say enough about this rental experience. My family felt right at home everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully stocked for our cooking needs. I would recommend this anytime great stay away from home.

Great stay in Padre!
Property is very nice, high ceilings make it seem larger. We had trouble with some lights but property manager was very responsive. I wish kitchen had been stocked w kitchen towels/dish cloths, but Dollar General is at end of street and we purchased a few to get us by. Overall very nice condo.

Perfect Place for Beach Vacation
We had a great time. The property is even better than what we expected. Everything you could need for the beach is in the rental (umbrella, chairs, toys, wagon, etc.). One of my kids got into my bag at the beach and lost the key. Sarah was so kind and understanding. We had a new key in less than an hour. Wonderful time.
