Läget. Inredning av rummet. Och frukost buffén. Närheten till fantastiskt vackert strand, Resturanger, affärer och kollektiv traffik. Området kändes som trygg att vistas i.

Duschmunstycket var trasig i duschen. Gick inte ta en ordentligt dusch. Det ända jag är besviken på.

Good value for the money.

We had a broken shower head, so we reported that to reception, and the technician changed it the same day. The room was cleaned every day, The breakfast was delicious and had multiple choices.

It was loud, the room doesn't have much isolation. The room should be cleaned a bit better. The TV in the room was very small. There is no parking available in the hotel. The plastic bracelets you get for the meals were discomfortable to wear and you cannot take it off. With a bit investment it can offer a better experience.

Reception staff were friendly & helpful. Also the staff at the pool bar.

Breakfast was good. Chef making omelettes & fried eggs.

The only issue we had was the smell from the pipes in the bathroom. It happened mostly in the morning. It seeped out into the whole room & was very unpleasant.

there are no doors to the bathroom, it's just a curtain, the window through which you can see the neighboring room, there is a safe but no key, the smell in the bathroom is like from a public toilet

Amazing food and staff , the pool was ok although extremely busy , it’s bad that at the pool bar I couldn’t pay with the card only cash but the price was reasonable

Dirty rooms , the floor was never wiped not before I checked in nor during my stay

Great stay, good location and nice staff.

The room was very clean, great location, bar area was nice and the staff were friendly. I would recommend for a quick stay/weekend break. Good hotel for a 3star.

Unfortunately the breakfast was completely tasteless. It was only thing that let the hotel down but it really was poor.

The walls are a bit thin and the toilet in the room is in a weird place and a bit hard to get to.

Nice stop over hotel

Excellent hotel for a stop over. On bus route to the airport. Also, close to the Arenal beach and restaurants. Small room, but looked recently renovated, well kept and comfortable. Bed was really comfy. Bathroom also smaller, but had everything you need. Not spotless clean, but good enough. I only stayed overnight and left early in the morning, before breakfast.

A bit loud. I could hear my next door neighbors via the balcony even though I kept the door closed. They were talking in normal voice, but still it was like they were in the room with me, I could hear every word.

The check-in was smooth, breakfast was good, the room was nice, the view was great and the staff was lovely specially Carmen, she was so kind and helpful. I really don't understanding why the hotel has such a bad reviews, I had an amazing stay.

It would be nice if hotel provides an iron you can borrow and a glass for water in the bathroom would be nice too.
