The location is perfect for strolling out to the cute town center and beautiful beaches, and right behind the property is a tranquil domain park. The house is sunny, warm, sparkling clean, tidy, and stylish. The beds are very comfortable; we loved listening to the sweet doves lined up and chirping on the neighbour's roof every morning. All bedrooms are upstairs, so we didn't need to worry about disturbing sleepers while the other ones were watching TV and enjoying conversations downstairs. All facilities are well maintained and work perfectly as they are brand new. Staff communication was good with fast responses, and their instructions were clear.

The cushion pillows on the couch and beds look pretty, but their numbers are excessive. It was annoying that we had to take them down every time we sat or lay down on them. Otherwise, they would have been on the floor all time and disturbing. Communication with staff was smooth, but they didn't give us the answer we wanted. On the first night, we run out of hot water. Two out of five of us had a cold shower in the middle of winter because they didn't tell us how small their hot water cylinder was. It was our first night, a cold late night after a long tiring day, so we were very disappointed that some of us missed a nice shower before bed. I asked a manager how big the cylinder was so that we could estimate the amount of hot water we could use and we could tell our teenage girls how long they were allowed to have a shower at the same time, but there was no clear answer for that. The shower pressure is very high, and the main bathroom has a nice large bathtub which would typically be a good thing, but with the small hot water cylinder, it's just a worry for guests. The house size is for five adults and has a large bathtub, two showers and three basins, kitchen tap, dishwasher, laundry tub, and washing machine. How come they think all the facilities could be covered with such a small hot water cylinder!? If they told us about it in advance, we would have been careful. We hope they give notice to their future guests. It was inconvenient to use the auto garage with no remote controller. It's a hassle to call someone staying home to open and close the garage for you every time you drive out. Apart from the small hot water cylinder and missing a garage remote controller, this accommodation is desirable.

Perfect location around all amenities. The house was very very comfortable with safe parking. Everything was just perfect exceeded our expectations. Kids park just on the door-step made the stay even more enjoyable, kept the child entertained. Staff were very efficient, communicated promptly, keep us informed with easy instructions to follow. Will definitely be recommending to other families and friends. And look forward to staying with them again.

The location was perfect - only 7-8 mins from the arena where our competition was being held. The home was in absolutely top condition and exactly as described. The host was very thorough with instructions. Such a beautiful home.

Beautiful furnishings, quality linen, the lovely outlook over the park, we had to force ourselves to leave and explore the area. An awesome, spotlessly clean holiday home that we hope to return to in the future. A definite 10/10
