Small and compact size room for given price

I have booked AC room, but they was given Non-AC room. I asked why you gave this, for that they answered me AC room was already given to another customer. I'm totally disappointment on this, They are not maintain there pride, trustworthy and commitment. Dear Bookings.com, Do not add listing in your application this kind of hotels for just commission amount. Due to this kind of hotel, your reputation will go below the mark. # Bathroom door is not locked properly # Mosquito is alive # Full hot 🥵 room even window opened # Booked AC room cost ₹ 1200, but Given Non-AC room cost also ₹ 1200. Not Reduced cost also.
