It was really comfortable. My daughter was recovered from back surgery with ease. Nice neighborhood for walks and close to beach (10 min Lyft). Cookware needs to be updated but still useable. Management not personal but overall we are glad we picked this property.

This is such a beautiful comfy stay away home. I feel like I am home it was clean, great location and beautiful. This is my second time staying I will stay again.

My 21 year old daughter and 3 of her friends are rising seniors and needed a place to stay for the two weeks they had between their long term house rentals. They all had internships located in different areas of LA and this location ended up being the most central for them. The house was perfect as there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One of the girls worked from the house most days and so the guesthouse in the back was perfect for her… gave her some much needed privacy for her Zoom calls. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to prepare our meals. The management company was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. I loved walking from the house to the canals and to the harbor over in Marina Del Mar. Lots of cute houses to walk by as long as you’d get off of the main roads. Wondeful restaurants and shops are also walking distance from the house (we’d drive in the evenings…) I loved the location of the house. We all enjoyed the house and would definitely rent it again. Such a nice property and so well equipped. Convenient to many things to do. Communication was great.

Loved the outside area with large table for outdoor dining and lounge area on the deck. It was especially nice with two energetic toddlers who loved playing outside. It was also good to have a small grass area. The gated off street parking was a plus. On one occasion, we were locked out of the home, and property management was quick to sort that out for us. We would definitely consider renting here again.

The perfect place to enjoy a week with the family, super well located, quiet neighborhood, a perfect size house with all the amenities!!!
