Close to everything, very cute and quaint
There was a considerable amount of dust underneath the bed. Lastly, there was decent amount of bugs and cobwebs on both porches that could have been kept up more.

We loved the location...just steps from my yoga retreat across the street and down the block to restaurant choices!
It was so peaceful to sit in the rockers on the covered porch overlooking the flowing river.
The place was clean and cozy but we would have enjoyed some reading lights.

Poor lighting: impossible for reading; add a reading lamp or two by the sofa. .No screens on the sliding French doors: we would have liked to have been able to hear the babbling brook when resting with the door open without the air conditioning on.

This spot was adorable! It is right on the river and the sound of the rushing water was so peaceful! It is literally ON the Appalachian Trail and just around the corner from Big Pillow brewing, which is a great local bar and restaurant, which had BINGO and live music during my stay in Hot Springs. I called the host to confirm where I was to park and she was super pleasant and helpful!
