Location was fine.

Walls paper thin. Could hear people around us. Front desk staff weren't the most friendly. Shower door kept sliding open.....odd brake type lever to hold door in place. Room must not have been cleaned good as suffered allergies and face swelling I'm guessing due to pets having been previously in the room. Fire alarm went off for a kitchen fire but no real communication about it. Fire alarm went off again in a false alarm shortly after the first incident. Front desk did not inform us of the cleaning procedure no were there any literature about it so we finally asked about it and they said you had to request cleaning, towels. Ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex.

The view was breathtaking and bookstore was a cute gem. I also enjoyed our server at brunch.

It was not clean enough. There was hair all over the bathroom and dust on the side tables.

I was able to connect up to my Netflix account on the in-room TV.

The hotel being relatively new, ended up with some wonky GPS directions. The sink design kept it from draining well. Would have been nice to have Amazon Prime access, too, or maybe the ability to cast from my smartphone to the room TV. An in-room microwave might have been nice.

Hotel was really cute- coffee shop/book store -GREAT! Restaurant-GREAT! Unfortunately, rooms were really NOISY! All three nights I was there trying to sleep, NOISY!

We were in the area for the graduation ceremonies at CU-Boulder. This property is approximately 30 minutes from Boulder - it was great and much less expensive - and a better value for the money - than staying in Boulder. It's a very nice property: modern, great amenities, including a bookstore cafe on the premises, with old-world charm.

I like the beds and the bathroom excellent.

The location was further out of Denver than expected; the Familia had few non-meat options on the menu, and the hotel room was not as clean as it could have been.

Large clean room with a great view. Friendly staff and great room service.

Still has the feel of a brand new property- all clean and shiny. Plenty of parking (though parking right close to the hotel is a bit limited). The bookstore in the same building is excellent. Microwave brought to the room on request. Very friendly staff. The mountain views are awesome.

The beds are quite hard and the pillows are very soft. The bathroom sinks are totally impractical - someone definitely chose Form over function. For the two elevators, one stops at the ‘M’ floor and one doesn’t- some signage around that on each floor would reduce confusion.

The staff where very helpful and friendly. I loved having two sets of bunk beds for my 4 kids! It was VERY clean and I really appreciated that.

The shower heads where supper hard. My daughter cried while having to shower due to the pain of the water shooting out. It was NOISY!!! We got maybe 4hrs of sleep and my kids kept waking up due to the noise of people above us and next to us. The walls and floors are so think it sounds like they are in your room and people opening doors to other rooms sounds like they are opening your door! The people above us kept dropping things and bouncing balls or something from 5am-12am!

Suite was awesome for a family traveling. Had a crib we could borrow for the night. Breakfast at hotel was delish! Book store on site was fu to visit. In an upcoming area so do have to drive to activities. Room was very clean.

Table was painted and chipped easily. Had black specks on everything. My grandma noticed that the rooms in the suite didnt have closets. There was one in the hallway.
