I’m front desk staff

I did not like the room. I felt it could of been better. But my dad always said. You get what you pay for. I will not be going back or telling my friends and family not to go there..

The location was awesome, and all the pools and ocean being right there was amazing

The TV channels kept freezing and wouldn't really work.

Great little beach cottage..really clean and cozy.

I did not care for the view of construction, the staff wasn't really friendly, and seemed to be short staffed.

Loved everything about it. Wonderful birthday weekend.

Nothing, it was perfect

Location of room it had no balcony and there was an awful smell. Bed was terrible

Loved that everything was right there. Restaurant was great. We enjoyed listening to karaoke - it was just nice not having to leave to find entertainment.

I absolutely loved not having to leave the property! bars food and many pools great access to the ocean

The room was well decorated, renovated, and clean. Also, there was a lot of parking space.

The building is kind of old.

loved the many options for pools, inside or outside. free movie rentals available if wanting quiet time in room to get away from the sun. outside bar by pools, bar with food on site.

our 631 was not ready as stated by 4:00 check in. after waiting about an additional half hour to 45 minutes we were notified it still wasn’t ready and were offered an upgrade to seaside suite 1249. it was awesome!

Employees are very friendly at the resort

TV didnt work they had to bring a stand in and set it on the only table for our whole 3 days. furniture was so nasty I refused to even sit on the couch. the scene out of the balcony was all the air units from the other buildings. Fire alarm went off 2 nights screaming fire fire one of the nights it wasnt even attached to the wall. we had taken it off to get it to be quite. I did call the front desk they were nice but nothing was done the next day about it. we did take it down to the front desk when we left. I will not go back to the location again.
