We had a great stay at Brent's condo. Condo was right on the beach with an amazing view. We were there for Nights of Lights and it did not disappoint. Very beautiful! St. Augustine is a wonderful city with lots of history, lots to do and great food! The condo is an easy 15 minute drive into the Old City without traffic. The complex is an older complex but well kept, clean and quiet. The beach directly in front over the dunes was very walkable even in the chilly weather that we had. The condo provided everything we needed and fit 4 of us comfortably. We went on the hop on hop off Old Town trolley ride the first day to orient us and hear some of the history. It was a great way to start our trip. The Castillo is a must see. We also enjoyed Fort Matanzas, the Pirate museum, the Light house (lots of stairs but well worth the effort) and Zarayda Villa. We had great meals at Harry's (worth the wait), Cap's on the water (phenomenal view),OC Whites & Ice House. Every place we ate at was very good. People in St. Augustine were very friendly which was much appreciated given that this was considered "hell week" by quiet a few waitresses that we encountered. We hope to be back and will certainly stay in this condo if available.

Awesome condo with incredible views just steps from the Beach. We stayed over Christmas week and the property had everything we needed and more for a comfortable getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to create a family meal. The living and dining areas were very comfortable and the bacony was large and had ample seating. Add in the incredible views and the convenient location and you can't ask for better. I highly recommend this property and will return if my travels bring me back to St. Augustine.

Everything with this property was perfect for my husband, 2 college children, and myself. Ocean views from the 4th floor with sunrise were amazing. Unit supplied everything to make the stay feel like a home away from home. The location was close to everything, but far enough away from the hustle of St Augustine. Communication with Brent was quick and easy.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! We have been traveling to St. Augustine for a few years, and this is definitely the best place we have stayed. The views are simply amazing. The owner responded very quickly and answered every question I had. The condo is equipped with everything you need and more! We will definitely book again.

The property was as advertised, clean, conveniently located and just what we needed. It was outfitted with everything we needed in the kitchen and everywhere else. It is and older condo but has been remodeled apparently, and nicely done. We picked a week when the Florida weather was less than spectacular, but it was Christmas time. St Augustine was beautiful with their Christmas Lights. We had a great time.

Normally I stay at this property in the summer but decided to come Thanksgiving week as an added bonus! We loved this time of year, not as crowded and milder temps from the usual 90’s!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late in the evening and easily checked in and immediately felt comfortable in this condo. We loved walking on the beach which is easily accessed. Grocery stores and lots of good restaurants located nearby. It’s just a short drive to the historic downtown of Saint Augustine. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Saint Augustine Beach.

Great view! So very comfortable! Relaxing!
The condo was well stocked. We only discovered the fishing pole in the outside closet on our last day there. So, look in the closet! LOL Also, there are beach supplies in the storage box on the balcony. Get some TP! There is plenty of salt and pepper. I think everyone gets this and then discovers its in the cabinet.

Blown away by view of teal colored ocean, upon entering condo. Top floor condo nestled in a quiet building with two elevators. The location is perfect for coastal driving either north or south and it doesn't feel like a tourist location at all. Convenient shopping and restaurants close by. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed this rental condo in St. Augustine. The ocean view was beautiful every single morning. And the beach was magnificent! There are plenty of fun and entertaining things to do in St. Augustine as well as the surrounding area. The owner has compiled a very extensive book listing all these places. We were particularly fascinated with the Alligator Farm. The rookery was in full nesting season when we were there. We have never seen so many different nesting birds in one place. Of course, there were so many restaurants close to the condo that were very tasty. It was hard to choose which one was the best.

There are plenty of fun and entertaining things to do in St. Augustine as well as the surrounding area. The owner has compiled a very extensive book listing all these places.
