Location very handy. Place was clean. Great to have a little balcony tho it needs to be tidied up a bit. Apartment seems to have all the main requirements- appreciate the iron and ironing board. Good storage.

Definitely needs more indirect lighting - especially bedside lights. And a light for the desk. A few more kitchen items would be handy -like a bread knife and an orange squeezer. A chair or 2 on the balcony would be nice. There was a very loud and prolonged disturbance in the downstairs courtyard early one morning (on a Sunday from around 8am) but other days were fine. There seems to be building works happening there - they were filling a big skip. More toilet paper should be supplied.

Excellent location for Convention Centre, walking distance to many attractions.Good facilities for self catering. Loved the stove top expression coffee pot.

Verandah backs onto Carpark and there was quite alot of construction so quite loud in morning. I don't imagine this would be the norm though.

Not much , could've used a can opener, and a sharp knife for cutting food.

It's ver good. there are lots of shops and restaurants around. You could find all sorts of food. a short walk is a big shopping centre that you could enjoy buying things. there is also some good opportunity shops with cheap good stuffs.

I am not sure we will stay here again, maybe we will. Nearly everyday about 5.30am, we woke up because of the noise from the big garbage truck. And it took about at least 5 mins, before the truck had left. Then we could not keep sleeping again. :(

When I saw the place on booking.com I thought it was a hotel. Nothing was mentioned about self check-in or airbnb style kind of place! That wasn't my expectation. I don't like airbnb that's why I booked through booking.com for what I thought was a hotel but apparently this place isn't. So, basically no room service or anyone to talk to if anything needed. I received a long message from the host only one day before my arrival explaining how to collect the keys and telling me there is no reception desk.. after long day of travelling really last thing I needed is to try to follow those instructions to get in. The studio itself is fine.. but I think the host needs to check the facilities more regularly.. No milk or coffee available at the place.. just a few old boxes of teas..

Very basic facilities. No TV, previous bed lined/washing taking up the balcony, not even a long life milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea

Location was perfect, right across from city shopping center. Bed was comfortable

Bathroom was not clean. Hair on sink and shower walls. Bath towels provided were stained and didn't smell fresh.

The location was amazing. Literally next to the Canberra Center which has the most amazing shopping experience. It's a 10 minute walk to the Australian National University (ANU) and surrounded by amazing dining options in the City Center. Highly recommend the stay. The wine shop downstairs is a bonus :)

Central location but still safe enough to wander around late at night. Close to great restaurants, bars and Canberra Theatre. Coles and Aldi nearby with a bottle shop on the ground floor!So convenient to public transport, taxi stand and long distance bus to snow and Sydney. Easy walk to Lake Burley Griffin and across Commonwealth Bridge to Parliamentary triangle, National Gallery etc

This was a fantastic, value for money stay in the heart of Canberra Central. Right beside the fountain and shopping centre, it has everything you need for a weekend stay or for business/work purposes.

Unfortunately there was often a lot of outside noise as the entry hallway is shared with an adjacent unit.

there were no bath towels or kitchen towels, just a large roll of paper towels. informed just a few hours before checkin that I would need to put down a deposit - would have preferred this info earlier.

One issue that made things a little difficult is that when I booked the property, I didn't know there would be no reception desk to collect the keys from. On the day of my check in I found out that you have to pay $100 bond deposit to obtain the instructions to get your keys and enter your room. The property called me on the day of my check in to let me know but on that day I had issues with my phone so I wasn't able to receive that call. One improvement I can suggest is if upon making the booking, the guest is informed beforehand that this property has no reception desk and you need to pay the $100 bond deposit to obtain the instructions to get the keys and enter your room.
