The people were nice, the units were in bad shape for most of our group, we were spread out on different floors, but NO ONE should have to see duct tape on the flooring to keep it down, not for the money paid adn just other details in the units that made them feel trashier than they should have. I know this is a difficult time for staffing and given the attendance didn't seem to slow down at all, I think the staff was doing an incredible job. I applaude them

Given wrong parking passes. Comforters and pillows on beds need replaced. Kitchen cupboards not fully cleaned.
