Very nice and comfortable

Very good place, great location, just steps to the beach, nice pool. Nice area - not too crowded, pretty quiet. You need to drive to the boardwalk. Great view from the balcony (9th floor). Nice kitchen with enough utensils and everything you need. Sheets and towels are clean. Wi-Fi worked great, fast and strong. TV with Roku. Elevator in the building. Also the cart to get your baggage up and down. Air conditioner works great. We enojed our stay.

The only thing that was bothersome, is the old and dirty carpet. We vacuumed it, but it did not help. Also, while on the surface, the apartment was clean, if you moved the furniture, there was so much dirt, it was quite disgusting, probably never cleaned under and behind the furniture. That's why I gave it a less than perfect score.

The view and location were amazing. Off-season pricing and privacy were a bonus.

The cleaning fee was more than the rent yet it wasn't all that clean and we had to wash and put away dishes on departure. We had family come to see it and we cleaned it ahead of time.

Location is nice, close to the beach. Unit is good size and layout for a family of 5.

Filthy! Unit didn't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Needs a deep clean, walls in every room have ick on them, living room furniture is gross. Pictures on website are very outdated, unit is definitely showing it's age. No beach towels or chairs. Dogs in unit 4 bark a lot!
