The house was beautiful, plenty of room, in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and local shops.
It was the perfect house for a family of 12 adults.

The place was nice and huge. Everyone had their own space. Great balcony view to the beach. However, the place needs done maintenance. We had four doors to the patio. Three were broken and they had a piece of wood to help keep it locked. And the dryer didn’t work at all. It took them 5 days to fix it. Even after calling the manager still took two days. But all in all it was very nice.

Key Largo 403 was extremely large and accommodated our family of 14. It was easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony were very nice. The unit was well equipped and the extra large capacity water heater meant no one took a hot shower.

The condo is huge! Very nice layout. Was disappointed that it seemed the en-suite bathroom was not clean. The soap dish in the shower still had soap remains in it, probably just forgotten about, but made me doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the place. The floors had obviously not been cleaned for some time, probably all rental season. Candy wrappers stuck in the cushions, big pieces of food and huge dust bunnies left under the living room furniture... and so on. Will not keep me from renting here again, but definitely disappointed. The hallway full bath DOES NOT have a shower. Just a soaking tub with a shower head attached to the tub. Big downfall when you are staying together with extended family. Most people like to take showers.

GREAT PLACE!
This is a great space. Plenty of rooms. Close to the beach. Condo came equip with kitchen utensils. Excellent stay here at Key Largo 403. Will definitely come back again.

DIRTY but convient and good for large groups.
The condo itself is in a great location. Very close to bars and restaurants. It fits a lot of people with plenty of showers and bathrooms. However, the condo was DISGUSTING!!!! The floors were FILTHY and sticky. The furniture was damp and it smelled VERY musty. The parking is NOT GOOD. You get two spots that are supposed to be for your party, yet when someone parks in them, Vantage says there is nothing they can do. Then, Vantage called and told me I could call a towing company. The towing company wouldn't tow the cars because the garage wasn't labeled properly so we were forced to park far away. The pans were old and the dishes were VERY DIRTY. When we tried to pick up the condo, the vacuum cleaner barely worked, there was no dust pan to get rid of what we had swept up. They have you pay a cleaning fee but I really don't know why, because it was NOT clean AT ALL!!!

Concern with no security; parking situation - twice others were parked in our designated parking places; Shower curtains were molding; dead blot on door repeatily got stuck.
Overall enjoyed the location and condo - large and spacious, very quiet.

Great location, even though not ocean front, it was ocean view. Lots of room for a large family gathering. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the property really needs to pay attention to detail. The shower curtain in two of the bathrooms had lots of mold and mildew. Was replaced two days later.

This place is super nice, ideal for accommodating large parties. Huge deck, close to the beach and steps from seacrets and mackeys. Don't hesitate to book this spot for your next reunion or party.

Great place for large group
From the first time we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised. WOW..very large unit. Pictures didn't do it justice. Nice sized bedrooms, living area was large, wrap-around porch was great for partial beach and bay views, close 1/2 block to beach, clean. Just a few problems..dishwasher did not work all week. It got fixed the day we left. Washing dishes for 15 was a pain, although we used paper plates when we could. Also ice maker was not sufficient....had to purchase bagged ice each day. We did not receive "starter" package from real estate agency. Only on the day we left we asked about it. Elevator was an added amenity. We liked the mid-town location. The whole family wants to go back again next year.

A great time on the beach!
The location is a stone's throw from the beach, and we couldn't believe how lucky we were once we arrvied. All of the bedrooms are pretty spacious, and the kitchen/living room was great. We were comfortable and none of us (there were 7 of us) really wanted to leave at the end of the vacation. Even the rental agency was friendly and willing to answer questions when needed. The condo comes with a concierge service, but they aren't exactly knowledgable - just go to ococean.com, and all the information you need is right there. I'd definitely love to go back, and if you need a place to eat, Higgins Crab House is the place to eat until you're stuffed.
