Super tolle Anlage, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, außerdem tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienanlage ist ein absoluter Traum! Das wurde mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Jeden Tag konnte ich die Sonne in der Adria untergehen sehen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat man auch das Velebit-Gebirge und kann sich dieses im Paklenika-Nationalpark anschauen. Alles atemberaubend schön! Marinko und seine Mutter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich mit sehr großer Hingabe um all ihre Gäste. Absolut klasse! Die Ferienwohnungen sind super schön, alle haben einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Adria und das Velebit-Gebirge. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sauber ist auch alles. Das W-LAN war sehr gut und verlässlich. Das vermisst man oft in Deutschland. Alles in allem : Absolut Top und empfehlenswert! ;-) Man bedauert die Abreise und hofft auf ein baldiges Wiederkommen... Weiter so! :-)

Ein sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub in Familiärer Atmosphäre. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst. Ein Klasse Team kümmert sich einfach um alles. Auch unsere Tochter (7Jahre) hatte tolle 3 Wochen

Adria Paradies is the perfect name for this property. It started with a warm greeting from the owner's mom. Even though she didn't speak English, she got us right to Marinko. Whenever we saw her around after that, she was always smiling and quick to say hello. Marinko welcomed us with a quick tour around the property and offered drinks up while we waited for our room to be ready...which it was within 30 minutes of our arrival (even though we got there well before check in). He is an amazing host who is delightful to sit around and chat with. The room itself was perfect. There was a living room with small kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. The minute we walked into the living room, we had the most amazing view. It was like a post card. But, walking out onto the balcony took our breath away. It was huge with a table and chairs, overlooking the pool and the sea. There was a rack for drying our wet suits and towels and an extra lounger to kick back and relax. Finally a full roll out shade to keep the sun off late in the day. The apartment was spotless. In addition to the futon in the living area, there was a table and chairs to eat and, a TV for the evenings. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom had a large comfy bed with full doors out to the balcony covered with mosquito netting. There was a large armoire and tables on each side of the bed. For clothing overflow, there was a set of drawers in the entry way. The bathroom was efficient and clean...plenty of hot water in the shower and room for toiletries. The property itself is just spectacular. There are multiple levels along the water with plenty of chairs to lay out on. There are umbrellas available to us if you want more shade. There is a nice easy, graded entry into the crystal clear water. There are also spots were you can dive in if you prefer. Bring shoes for the rocks and to avoid sea urchins. If the sea isn't for you, there's a good sized pool for your use with a kiddie area for the little ones. Bring beach towels or buy them in town. Other than that, the apartment has everything there. In June, we needed mosquito spray, not sure about the rest of the year. Just come prepared to relax! I really could go on and on about this property (and I hate to give away what I feel is a secret hideaway), but I will finish by saying we couldn't have made a better choice and I highly recommend a stay here. It's truly Paradise!!!

Die Anlage sowie die Wohnung war super!Riesen Terrasse mit Meerblick, direkten Zugang zum Meer und tolle Gastgeber! Alles ist ganz unkompliziert, Bier, Wein und Eis steht für alle zur Verfügung und wird auf Vertrauensbasis am Ende abgerechnet. Hilfe zu Ausflügen etc waren inkl. In Starigrad selbst gibt es ein paar nette Restaurants, ansonsten ist es eher ruhig, was für uns perfekt war. Vom Adriaparadies aus hat man eine top Lage für sämtliche Ausflüge (Split, Trogir, Krka Wasserfälle, Plitvicer Seen, Zadar und vieles mehr). Wir waren begeistert und kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Die Anlage ist empfehlenswert für Urlauber, die es wie wir gerne ruhig und eher familiär lieben. Die Anlage ist nicht luxuriös aber sehr sauber und ordentlich, der Pool wurde alle 3 Tage komplett entleert und geschrubbt. Marinko kümmert sich rund um die Uhr um seine Gäste und steht einem immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In Ferienzeiten sind immer jede Menge Kinder da, und das in fast allen Altersgruppen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon sehr, wieder dort Urlaub zu machen.

Wir haben eine Woche in einem 1-Raum-Appartment im Adria-Paradies verbracht. Und es war traumhaft! Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. In dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten App. ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Balkon geht nach Westen raus, so dass er glücklicherweise morgens im Schatten lag und wir bei angenehmen Temperaturen draußen frühstücken konnten, mit einem tollen Blick auf Berge und Meer. Die ganze "Anlage" ist wunderschön. Auf der großen Terrasse zwischen Häusern und Meer laden ein Pool und viele kleine und große Tische zum Verweilen ein. Man kann draußen kochen oder grillen. Es gibt Kühlschränke mit Eis und Getränken für kleines Geld. Schnell kam man mit anderen Urlaubern ins Gespräch. Unterhalb der großen Terrasse gibt es noch zwei schmalere Terrassen mit Liegen und dann kommt direkt das Meer! Es ist wirklich ein Paradies, was Marinko und seine Eltern dort geschaffen haben. Außerdem waren sie tolle Gastgeber, immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben und immer bemüht den Gästen alles so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
