We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed for the whole season! Rockport comes to life during the holidays and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuna Wharf Townhouse. The host, Jonathan, went above and beyond for us. The location on Bearskin Neck can’t be beat and the views of the harbor are beautiful. The unit itself is well appointed with designer and artistic touches. This was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

Right from the start, Jonathon was there to greet us, help us get established in his cozy, clean, comfortable well appointed and felt like home condo! Did I mention the view yet? It was spectacular in the morning with coffee, in the late afternoon with cocktails and in the evening with the moonlight. We could not have been any more pleased than we were. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, without stepping on or over each other.
Any questions posed to Jonathon in person or via text, were answered promptly. We lived in town back in the 80’s so we were familiar with the area, but if you’re not, the many books and periodicals available will get you up to snuff pretty quickly.
We picked our weekend trip to Rockport to relive our memories of the Christmas festivities once shared with our now adult children, and the town did not disappoint!
Our friends who joined us enjoyed their visit too!

The property is perfect. Right in the center of bearskin neck, lovely views and seating, great walking options. So many things to do on Cape Ann. Jonathan, the host, could not have been easier to work with. Incredibly responsive.

I can not express enough how amazing our experience and stay was at TWT in Rockport MA. We’ve stayed all across the USA using VRBO’s and this spot beats them all. The website photos are great but the scenic views in person are amazing. This home sits on the water with picture perfect Sunrise views. Perfectly located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in the area. With all that said, I saved the best for last, you absolutely WILL NOT find a better Host than, Jonathan. He is hands down the best, from leading up to our arrival to following up after we checked out to make sure we found our next destination ok. Jonathan is kind, thoughtful and was imperative to our fantastic experience. Thank you again Jonathan for allowing us to experience your slice of paradise in Cape Ann. 10/10

This little place is extremely centrally located to all things Rockport. You can pretty much walk anywhere. Very nice living quarters, and after the scheduled renovation of the downstairs bathroom, it will be even MORE luxurious! We went in October and the area was still very busy. I can imagine summer would be even more so. I will say the stairs up to the place and up to the second floor are quite steep. Certainly doable but if you have any knee issues at all, it might be a consideration. The washing machine is quite small. If you have a lot of laundry, just look for a laundromat close by. Jonathan is a wonderful host and full of information and recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

Even though our stay was a short one, we had an amazing time. Jonathan was so helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome to the area. The place is absolutely adorable and the amenities were plentiful. The view from the living area and deck were so relaxing we hated having to leave.

From the moment we contacted Jonathan about the rental we had constant communication. We have been vacationing in Rockport for 40 years and this was the place we always wanted to rent.
House was better than advertised. beautiful view of the harbor, clean, comfortable, and the perfect location. We arrived late at night and were greeted with a selection of local beverages and snacks.
Johnathan had plenty of books, magazines, and brochures to guide you through the Cape Ann area.
The local folks in the immediate vicinity of the rental were welcoming and friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at TWT. The property has lovely views of both the ocean and the nearby shops and restaurants. Jonathan was an excellent host and very communicative. We had such a relaxing time and TWT had everything we needed from comfortable bedrooms to a nice living room dining room area, kitchen, and the outdoor deck area. Would definitely recommend (and would go back)!

The view is amazing, the owner went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special touches such as fresh flowers and scented soaps. Perfect getaway July 2022
The property was situated in the center of Tuna Wharf which was surrounded by quaint little shops and the inlet, which is a great view from the deck while your having a relaxing cocktail. Stayed a week with another couple and we enjoyed all of our time there. All the pictures that you see on the rental site are exactly what you get so you won’t be disappointed. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and stocked with all sorts of amenities. Highly Recommended!!! Now about the super host Johnathan, all I can say is WOW!!! I have had a few super hosts in the past but by far Johnathan is the best. He knows the area very well and suggested some fine restaurants and activities in the area which were very helpful. Also he would check in with me too make sure everything was going well and if I had any issues with the apartment (which we didn’t) He made himself available in case we even had any questions about the apartment or just the area. Can’t say enough about him being a super host 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We plan on going back in the near future😎

The Perfect Spot
Our place was magical and Rockport has so many fun things to do! Our townhouse was decorated beautifully and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and more! We loved sitting on the deck having our morning coffee and tea, overlooking the beautiful ocean view. The beds and furniture were super comfy!

BLISS!
From the glorious sunrises over the harbor to the twinkling stars at night, the wonder of the place was inspirational! We planned our visit around a concert at Shalin Lui to celebrate our March birthdays without ever imagining that Tuna Wharf Townhouse would be the star of the visit! The location on Bearskin Neck overlooking the harbor and the ocean beyond is one-of-a-kind, and the townhouse itself is lovely, cozy, and furnished with every imaginable amenity for comfort and relaxation. The two bedroom/two full bathroom layout was perfect for a weekend visit from our daughter who joined us from the Boston area. Jonathan is "the host with the most": attentive but never intrusive, thoughtful beyond compare, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the area with wonderful suggestions for eateries, hikes, and activities. Visiting during the off-season was just our speed; the slower, quieter pace was exactly what we needed, and we left feeling refreshed and energized.

A Unique and Very Special Place
The perfect little getaway, nestled in amongst all the shops and art galleries of Bearskin Neck. You can park in your designated spot, and then walk to just about anything you desire. There's also a nice walk over to the Headlands and then to the beach beyond, and many other beaches to explore as well within a short drive. The townhouse itself is just beautiful with sweeping views of the bay and ocean beyond. Everything you need is there. It's clean and sparkling, and what more can I say? Beautiful waterfront townhouse
We visited Rockport in the off season and had a lovely stay at this beautiful townhouse overlooking the water. We came in November and the area was very quiet and restful, which is exactly what we were looking for. The area is great for walks and we were pleasantly surprised to still find several shops and restaurants open. Our host was very communicative and welcoming and helped us to find things to do to maximize our stay.

Perfect Location, Perfect Host!
You can’t beat the location - you are in the middle of Bearskin Neck! With a parking space and a deck literally over looking Rockport Harbor!!! As if that wasn’t incredible Jonathan is hands down the best host I have ever had. His attention to detail is impeccable and it’s totally true - drinks await your arrival (and full stay!) plus he gives excellent recommendations for Rockport and beyond. Such a nice guy. Will definitely, definitely look to stay there again.

Quite and Quaint
This is a little slice of heaven. You wake up to the crashing waves and a gorgeous view, in a town that is absolutely adorable. Johnathan was so helpful with recommendations and assisting us with our trip. If you make the journey you have to have breakfast at Sugar Magnolias, and eat the lobster rolls at SeaPort Grille. This was an amazing trip and we cant thank you enough Johnathan for everything. We cant wait to return. Thank you so much for all the hospitality.

This property is fantastic! It is far more than a place to lay your head -- it is part of the experience. We actually had a hard time leaving each day for our planned events. Amazing spot with excellent host
This was an amazing find in Rockport and we are so glad we found it!! The townhouse was great, in an excellent location in Bearskin Neck and right on the water. Views were out of this world. The host is by far the best I have ever dealt with. He went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed, gave us ideas of where to eat, things to see and was there to greet us when we arrived. He also provided us with tasty beverages of our choice for our stay. We cannot wait to come back to Rockport and stay at Tuna Wharf Townhouse again.

Jonathan was amazing. Our flight was delayed and he picked up dinner for us and had it waiting since everything was closed.
He also had the fridge stocked with beer wine and waters. I. Abbot say enough good things about this rental.

This was our second time staying at 5 Tuna Wharf and we will definitely be back next year!! The property is exceptional, from beautiful views, convenient location and impeccable accommodations!
