Oh the house is lovely. It's in a quite area close to beach. The house is very clean, and all the equipments in the house work perfectly. Beds are comfortable. Over all the house is really nice. Communication with owner is very easy. Lovely lady 😊 They have nice games to play for outside. AC works properly in all the rooms.

The amount of mosquitoes. I know it's in the woods but the owner could do the special spray treatment, so guest can enjoy sitting on the patio. Also I know they let you know ahead that there is a tenant, but I didn't know that it's literally next to the house. You don't have full on privacy as you would like.
