On the plus side, this rental is as it appears in the pictures. However, to say that is has a mountain view is a SIGNIFICANT stretch. You can see the mountain if you walk beyond the patio & turn & look to your left. Otherwise, the unit is situated approximately 50 feet from the water park & you look straight at it from the unit & patio.. Whistles & the wave pool fog horn blow from 10am-6:30pm. It's not a tranquil summer setting. There is no BBQ despite one being mentioned in the property description. If you intend to work while you're there, there is no desk or desk chair, as mentioned. It appears as though the property owners don't pay much attention to the unit - many amenities are Dollar Store cheap, and there were several maintenance issues (bathroom sink doesn't drain properly, towel rack not properly secured). Also, BEWARE of the bed. It has a 2-inch piece of sponge on top. Not memory foam. Not a pillow top. Not even a padded mattress cover. It's soft, squishy foam. It can be removed, but the mattress underneath is very worn. There is a dedicated parking spot, but the spots are VERY tight. There is a pool at the complex, but renters of this unit cannot access it. Bromont is fantastic. This unit, not so much.

This was absolutely amazing. Ski in and ski out, with everything provided. A bit short on bowls, but such a minor thing. Linens were great and the condo was perfect for our family. Highly Recommend!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property is well maintained and decorated and had everything we needed for the length of our stay. Overall, the convenience, location and management cannot be beat! Thank you.

Great little place close to town and the horse park. Owners were easy to do business with from start to finish. Keeping this one on my list for future trips to Bromont.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four skiing for the week.

This was our second time out at this condo this year and we look forward to booking again!! Always pleased with the cleanliness/location/ and quick responses! Definitely recommend it!
