Great service, the staff were wonderful. The location was great, very close to so much.

Everything was excellent,especially the staff.

Service was very good. Workers did a good job with checking in and checking out.
Elevator wasn't working well, and expired orange juice in vendor machine in the lobby.

Friendly check in staff
The elevator was broken, so it shook going up and down, which was scary but at least the staff meet you aware, the air-conditioning is substandard was very loud and needs to be replaced. The facility does not have updated USB ports so if you use a phone you need to make sure that you have all the necessary connections because this place is not.

Close to the airport.
I thought that all the access to rooms would be inside. I didn’t want a place with rooms that are accessed from outside. That is how rooms are here.

The environment of the establishment
nothing, other than my key not working after awhile even though it was no where near my phone or cards

Coffee was ok
Disabled room. Entrance door spring broke and it pinned me against wall. Sink clogged. Refrigerator didn’t work. No plug in for microwave.
